Beautiful cosy yet luxurious and stylish boutique style hotel with very friendly staff on the best square of Maastricht. It felt personal and intimate yet had the allure of a big design hotel all in one. The junior suite was beautifully designed and spacious yet never felt cold or impersonal. The bath in the room was a godsend and the view on the square breathtaking. No outside noise as window glass was double sided.

No elevator but staff made quick work of our bags and delivered them upstairs for us

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful as was the bath in general. The supplemental heat/ac unit worked well to keep the room comfortable. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay again.

Storage for clothing was limited. I have hearing aids that are recharged each evening via a USB charger, and it would have been helpful for USB outlets (or a wall outlet for an adapter) could be available near the bed. Bedside alarm clocks offer USB charging ports. These are minor issues offered as helpful suggestions. The staircase to the room is steep and difficult for older folks to navigate. The staff was very, very helpful with luggage so there was no need to deal with suitcases on the staircase.

The location is smack dab in the middle of Maastricht so you could not be more central even if you tried. The staff was friendly and they served us a welcome drink upon arrival on the lovely terrace. The rooms were comfortable and well decorated. I think one of the highlights was the lovely breakfast. Would definitely come back here.

Even though we knew what we were getting ourselves into, I am not a fain of those sliding bathroom doors that are transparent. Some things should remain a mystery in life. Toilet time is one of those things. :)

We chose this hotel because it's directly on the Vrijthof. Parking is possible via the hotel and is about 150 meters away with easy access (under the Vrijthof). At arrival we were welcomed very friendly by the owner who immediately made us feel welcome. The room was very nice and very clean. The hotel is combined with a brasserie and it has a very nice outside (heated) terras. We enjoyed some drinks and a good dinner there. The whole staff was very friendly and this added to our nice experience. We had a great weekend and the hotel is a beautiful and comfortable location to explore Maastricht, do some shopping and relax at the same time. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues and would stay there again.

We had the junior suite #4. It had a great view of the square and was a very nice room. The breakfast was great! We had the classic breakfast and really enjoyed it. The staff were all very professional and friendly.

The design of the room is gorgeous. All appliances work and the room is very clean. The location is also great! It’s close to cosy cafes, good restaurants, bakeries, museums and stores. Last but certainly not least, the staff is amazing! They are all very accommodating, welcoming and kind.

Amazing location for sightseeing. Super friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, silent, elegant and great air-con. Very good shower.

There could have been a door separating the toilet from the shower, as this is more discreet and elegant.

Nice spacious room, well decorated.

Shower did not drain well resulting in a wet mess on the floor! Lighting in the bedroom was very dim so hard to see when packing up.

Nice location in the center, on the other hand little bit crowdy evenings & nights :). Friendly staff, nice bar, good atmosphere...

The hotel is a brasserie and hotel in one, located in the center of Maastricht. So you can walk easily to the shoppingmalls.

It would be better if the hotel had elevators, but the very friendly staff helps you carry your luggage to your room.
