Best hot shower with great water pressure :-) we had in all 5 bookings during our trip! Layout of room (bedroom, kitchenette, little lounge area). Big wooden deck with views. Green surrounding, birds, trees, mountains. Whole house with two separate units for ourselves - perfect for travelling with older children. Very kind host.

You do hear the R62 when you sit outside at night. but then - the house is conveniently close for an overnight stay. And there is very little traffic during the night. It did not disturb our sleep at all.

This is a beautiful farmstay. The farmers were most welcoming and enjoyed telling us about the history of the farm. Clean, neat and comfortable. Log fire, other heating and hot water bottles to ward off he cold. Beautiful view of the mountains, fresh air, and lovely safe walks around the farm. Short drive into town and close enough to Montagu and the tradouw's pass. So enjoyed this mini break with our adult daughters

On the farm & in the country , good South African Hospitality, great fire place , Helena & Kobus great hosts , wine estate , majestic valley and mountains in the fruit tree plantation and wine vineyards, on the Barrydale MTB track , beautiful gardens , and close to wine tasting of Joubert Tradauw, close to Barrydale and on Route 62.

For country loving people everything is and was great

The absolute beauty and tranquility at Lentelus surprised me. Waking up with the smell of flowers on the farm and the sound on various birds created the perfect start to the day for relaxation. The photos do not capture the full beauty of Lentelus. This is a place that needs to be experienced.

The guest house is nested within a pear orchard, the architectural features of the house transported one to a foreign country side escape, it was delightful, comfortable, spotless, cool, with the addition of the friendliest Labrador, "twinkle toes", the hosts are friends, most pleasant and very kind, allowing your privacy, highly recommend for a weekend getaway

The hosts were extremely kind and accommodated all of our requests. Can't speak highly enough of them. The orchid is simply breathtaking. Such a pleasure waking up at such a beautiful place.

The location was perfect! The owners gave us a tour of the farm and explained their farming methods in great detail. The private wine cellar was a gem, which we visited twice during our stay. We can not wait for a opportunity to visit this special place again.

We absolutely loved the view from the balcony and the quiet surrounding area. The room is very well decorated and had everything one would need for a short stay. The host are very hospitable and helpful. We would certainly recommend booking here!

It was an unforgettable stay. The pear orchard in which the cottage is situated, was in full bloom and was gorgeous. The accommodation is excellent and the hosts are extremely gracious and attentive. Our hostess brought us a snack platter to enjoy with our wine, and our host showed us around their beautiful farm. Both personal kindnesses towards us, as guests. A real gem to escape the madding crowd. Highly recommended.

The location was great, and the views were amazing. The owner cooked us a very nice supper and we had an excellent wine from the family winery. The breakfast was equally good. The studio was spacious and warm, and the bed was very comfortable.
