Exceptional location, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, great facilities and entertainment and most of all stunning setting with breathtaking views. Thank you very much dear Jordi, Mona, Alba, Patrick, Carlos and Biel for making our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable. Borja, Angel and Christian at the restaurant and the bar were so nice and friendly, extremely hardworking and very polite. The food was exceptional at breakfast and dinner with so many varieties offering such a diverse menu. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

A wonderful hotel for a comfortable and relaxing stay! The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. A solid five stars for the service! Breakfast and dinner were delicious, varied, and surprisingly affordable. We were truly impressed by the high quality for such a reasonable price. Many reviews mentioned poor soundproofing, but that was not our experience at all. We had neighbors on both sides and didn’t hear a thing. For us, the sound insulation was excellent. The location of the hotel is very convenient — everything you need is close by, and the beach is just a short walk away. It’s a perfect spot both for an active vacation and a peaceful family getaway. Since these are apartments, the room had brand new dishes, a kettle, and a modern refrigerator — everything you need for a cozy, home-like stay. The hotel is quiet and peaceful — a real gem for families with children. And the view from our room was simply breathtaking. We had a sea view, and we enjoyed it every single day. The spa area for children with warm pools was a delight. The kids loved it — and so did we. We highly recommend this place!

The only minor downside was the mattress, which was a bit too firm for our taste. But it definitely didn’t ruin our holiday.

Beautiful place right off the Mediterranean coast line.. when we arrived we were able to exchange our $$s for € at reception. watched the most amazing sunrise on the huge balcony of our room.. this place is a hidden gem worth every penny.. meals were decent, breakfast was included in the pkge. Dinner is served daily in the restaurant of the hotel. Hotel offers Spa/massage and yoga classes. There is also a gym I didn’t have time to use. The room had a full kitchen and dining area. Staff were friendly, housekeeping was amazing. Everyday that we went down to breakfast and came back the room would be miraculously clean, beds made trash emptied and fresh towels. I appreciate service like this and will highly recommend to all. This is a Classy 5 star hotel as far as I’m concerned.

Nice pool area, good location and nice modern interior. We got room just above the bar and reception area which was very loud but the receptionist managed to find for us room that was more distant from the area.

There is basically no soundproofing, we could hear people walking through the hall in the level above whole night as well as people from other rooms around us. That is unfortunately something that would prevent us from ever coming back as we didn’t get proper sleep through the whole stay.

Absolutely amazing views and location. 5 minutes walk to restaurants and beach. The hotel had lovely pools and great activities. Supermarket, bars and buffet breakfast and dinner on half board made this a really enjoyable trip. The food was excellent with an immense choice, four types of eggs, every type of bread, cereals, salads and fresh juices for breakfast and different themes of dinner. We tried archery, shooting and a craft activity for the kids which they loved. The rooms were spacious and our balcony in the superior room has a stunning view. Kids were also allowed in the space and loved being in the hot plunge and cold plunge.

Only criticism would be the kids club room was full of arcade machines which took their money in seconds. No toys or anything else in there. Such a shame. Just some puzzles, toys or paper and pencils would have made all the difference.

Rooms: Even most of the lowest category rooms have sea view. Well equity with a kitchen. Big beds. Safety: We felt save at all times. Walkability: It's a little of the center and up a little hill, but high walkable Food and drinks: Try the a la carte Restaurant AMURA, really good value for money.

The fitness room could be better equipped and with some air. A water dispenser and cooler is missing at all. Maybe just not the focus of the Hotel but would be an easy win. The SPA & Steam room is nice and bright with huge windows but NO ACCESS to the outside and fresh air. Honestly I don't understand at all. The evening animation for the kids should NOT be in the main hall, as most clients and guest without kids get disturbed heavily. Not to mention the receptionists!

The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).

Not a big thing, but the hotel didn't answer some questions I asked via the Booking chat a few days before starting the holiday (about how to get to the hotel from the airport). I could find the answers online anyway, so it wasn't that important. The Booking chat seemed to be used only by the automatic "bot" messages sent by the hotel with some questions and information, but my answers and questions didn't seem to be read by humans.

The hotel is very nice, it offers everything someone would need to relax on holiday. Excellent breakfast/ dinner buffet, a nice location and view, modern common facilities and friendly staff who were ready to help.

Our apartment room seemed not recently refurbished (old windows, furniture) however it was still comfortable and perfect size for a family of 3. The room had humidity and a humidity smell too, the air-conditioning heating was not working but the staff provided a heater which helped. The 1 hour spa massage was OK.

I had an amazing stay at Aparthotel Ponent Mar. The location is unbeatable — right by the sea, offering some of the most breathtaking views I’ve experienced. Waking up to that scenery every morning was a highlight in itself. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options to choose from each day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting with top-notch service.

The hotel was lovely, nice interior and very clean. The pool was lovely with views across the bay. Wonderful breakfast. Great roof top bar and live music in the evening.

The staff on reception were very polite, but they didn’t give us any hotel information when we checked it. I went to see them the day after to find things out. The pool should open at 9:30, and close and 8pm. You are not able to leave towels before 10am un attended which was a good rule but 10am seemed too late to open. The pool snack bar could do with having a bit more on the menu. Very British but no tea bags at breakfast or T pots.
