I liked our room, and the balcony was an added bonus. The heated pool was nice. The staff all were absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. The cleaners were very thorough and did an excellent job.

I would have liked the family rooms to offer/hire a high chair as this was a disadvantage to us with having a 1 year old. Also all the pool areas are open and would benefit from a gate as my toddler and others kept trying to escape.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. We asked for recommendations such as beach, restaurants and they gave us very detailed ideas. The apartment was amazing and had everything we needed and the view is really breathtaking. We would definitely go back anytime. With the price we booked we were amazed and it exceeded our expectations. We went there with a baby and toddler and they provided all equipment like highchair and cotbed so really made our stay comfortable as much as they could.

Great staff, spacious comfortable apartment, good views, 2 nice swimming pools. One is 14m and one is 16m so decent size

Although location at the top of the hill was great for the views, to get to any of the bars and restaurants down by the beach meant a hot walk up the big hill after dinner. You could get taxis to be fair. There are plenty of bars and restaurants up in the are but they are almost all in a shopping centre type area. If you don't mind this "vibe" it would be fine with plenty of choice, but if you wanted a more traditional Spanish restaurant and bar feel it was lacking. Maybe this is normal everywhere as it was our first visit to Gran Canaria??

We travelled during Christmas break. The rooms were super clean! The staff is very friendly! The location is great! They arranged an airport transfer at a good price! They have an outdoor heated pool which is just fine during day time when the sun is there. Late afternoon it felt a little cold. (Due to sustainability law they have to keep max temp to 22-24 degree something) The mini market at the location was good. It has a more practical range of products. There is also a supermarket nearby if you need a full fledged grocery. Parking at 2 euros a day at the property.

Barriers around the pools was slightly annoying Could do with a play park for the kids

Hotel was roomy and very clean. Bar food was excellent too. Staff very friendly also.

Location was OK. Hotel is located about 1km from beach. Very steep hilly walk. Taxis available but sometimes you have to wait quite a while for a taxi.

We loved the location, it was close to amadores beach. The Pools for the kids were nice too. We liked how forthcoming the staff was.

the kitchen is a bit old and the stove could be renewed. Other than that all was fine!

Lovely large apartments overlooking pool, Basic no frills. staff was very friendly, Juan was a brilliant cook at the poolside bar, good prices for food and drink. All the grounds well maintained and spotless. Apartments 5 mins stroll to Europa centre where numerous bars and restaurants are. Apartments are peaceful and just what we needed for a chilled time.

Unfortunately, our bed sheets or towels were not changed during the 8-night stay, not sure if there were staffing issues, but this would not put me off returning.

Location was great. Everything we needed was there. Rooms comfy. Bar/food area was lovely. It was noisy in the day and quiet at night. Reception very friendly as were the cleaners.

I didn't like there was no aircon in the 2nd bedroom.. It would be good to have some English TV channels.

Moved to here from a villa in the north which was freezing! Everything big spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, we could move the 3rd bed into the lounge and still had masses of room. Netflix/prime TV, enough cutlery it was all Great.

It was all great although a balcony in the sun would have been amazing.
