room was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and nice, hot water. The room temp was nice and warm.

I was very disappointed with so little breakfast choices. If you can't provide some cooked choices, I would suggest at least adding vanilla yogurts with berries & granola, or bagels to toast with cream cheese. Bananas would be a good addition with the cereal. I did like frosted flakes, so at least there was something I could eat.

It was a quick ride from Hershey Park. Check in time from 3 to midnight is great for a park day trip.

I didn't like having to check towels and bedding for stains. Due to policy that would charge me for stains. Also, the cost of charges for stains were not exact. Never experienced this type of policy before. The building doesn't have a key room security pad for entry to hotel rooms. The breakfast area was dark a very small selection.

very cozy comfortable the room was a little snug wasn't too happy about this sink on the carpet water splashed over a long period of time can cause mold in the room bad idea but otherwise the staff was very nice the room was clean except for the rug under the sink

Breakfast wasn't good. Hot Water wasn't Hot at all. It was cold. Oatmeal therefore awful with cold water ,tea cold without Hot water. No blow dryer which most hotels provide. No Paper info of delivery services like restaurants in the area since getting back late from conference. No TV pamphlet for channels . Wasn't aware and other people checking in that stayed there about the $100 deposit for damage. Never had this before where I stayed.

Very clean, near to Hershey Park, near many places to eat and it has its own restaurant, you could tell they have been doing upgrades and the rooms are very up to date with the times.

Heard the room next to us in the morning when their children woke but it wasn't horrible. I slept in the bed next to the door that adjoins the rooms. So I'm assuming that is why I heard them as my niece was in the other bed and she didn't hear them at all.

The gentlemen who greeted us at the check-in counter was very friendly. Beds were super comfy even though they looked outdated as anything. Airconditioning worked perfectly and location was ideal for where we needed to be. The fact that it had a fridge helped tremendously with dealing with the heatwave we had.

The rooms are super outdated and so is the bathroom. A little update wouldn’t harm the overall experience in my opinion.

The room and motel was very clean and very well maintained. Breakfast at the nearby diner. It was called The Hershey Sweet Pantry. The breakfast were great and very filling. However, getting to Hersheypark was a very long journey. It took an hour each way to get there and back to the motel. The What If... bar and lounge downstairs on site was a good convenience for dinner and drinks.

The location of the hotel was great, very close to everything we wanted to do. Also, the pool was so clean and that was super appreciated. The food at the what if restaurant was GREAT, pricey but worth it.

They should update on the website if there will be a hold on your credit card during your stay. Also I feel like they should've been more detailed about what type of breakfast was included, had I known a little more details I could've came more prepared for my kids.

The hotel is dated but, we stay here pretty much everytime we are in Hershey. The price is good. The main reason we stay is the location. We love the bakery, brewery and breakfast all within walking distance. Plus the park is just down the road.

Only thing would be an update. Rooms are clean though and that's the main thing. Like I said we stay here everytime we are in Hershey. It all depends on your budget and what your doing in town. If you looking for a great location and reasonable price stay here.

It was close to everything in Hershey, which was great. The rooms were nice for the price I paid.

You have to put $100 incidental hold on a credit card when you pay for the room in advance. And that we couldn't have 1 extra child making it 6 quests, so I ended up having to rent a hole other room.
