Everything: room, food, location, breakfast staff crew.

One male staff member who works at the reception was so rude. On 2 separate occasions. But I didn't let him ruin our first family vacation in 17 years. We were also served microwave heated waffles because and I quote "fresh ones take too long to make". Lastly, booking.com indicated that the luxury deluxe apartment had a seaview and a pool view. After talking to the management, it turns out no room of that nature exists. So I'll just verify with the property for any future bookings.

I loved the elegance of the apartment and the Stunning view from the balcony of the ocean and the city life. Everyone should definitely pay a visit to this beautiful hotel at least once in their life's. It's an experience of a lifetime. You will have such a blessed and beautiful time with your partner at this quite big apartment. The apartment is so spacious and literally has everything you need for self catering purposes. I did not get a chance to cook at the apartment but I would have loved to. It would have been even better to book for more than 1 night to enjoy the facilities and restaurants all around. The bed in the room was so comfortable, the bedroom was beautiful in itself with all the smallest of details. The shower and toilet were also fine and very clean. The kitchen, dining room and lounge area was so stunning and so big and spacious. I even had a little birthday party for my fiancé with just us two in the dining room. The TV was nice and big. The sofas were also really comfortable.

I was told that we would have Netflix but when we got there we couldn't log into it. We tried calling reception but no one picked up. That was the only hiccup we had.

Room was very clean and spacious with a full kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and nice sized shower. Bed was very comfortable. Very good location, opposite oceans mall and less than 100m from the whale pier. So many options for eating around that hotel. Hotel also provides free parking.

The TV kept giving an error with network issues so we didn't use the TV the entire stay. Also, I paid for a Seaview and poolview room but had a side view of the ocean with a roof in front of my balcony and no pool view. That was disappointing. The balcony is also quite small but okay for 2 people.

Views from our 3 bedroom apartment were exceptional and the location was perfect when travelling with a family. Right next to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops around. It’s perfect. Will stay again with the family for sure!

Was a bit of confusion regarding the half board which went on for days. Didn’t seem like anyone really understood and it became a bit frustrating. Paid half board for kids and you can only use it on meals which is impossible for kids to eat their monies worth. Better to either not go with half board or the hotel clearly says when and how it can be used.

Very beautiful hotel, the staff went out of their way in order for us to book in earlier even upgraded our room. Beautiful rooms and facilities

Lovely rooms. Very well stocked kitchen for self catering. Comfortable beds. Loved the choice of self catering or eating out, especially because it is so near do many good restaurants. Being so close to the boardwalk, lighthouse and the pier was very special. We loved the artificial turf on the 5th floor which allowed us to play carpet bowls on a very large surface. The pool with a view is a great feature. Checking in and out were both very efficient and friendly.

Surprised there was neither bacon nor macon on offer at breakfast. Found supper quite expensive and the wine even more so. Netflix was impossible to watch on TV, although it was fine on our laptops. Odd that there was no bath in a two bedroom apartment. There is a lot of building work nearby - the noise is not the hotels fault but it is a factor. Could have done with less solid pillows. They were all very big and not very comfortable.

Great place to stay for one night close to all amenities. Room was very clean and well appointed. The girl at the reception was super helpful and the staff very helpful with luggage, parking etc.

I had a problem between booking.com and the hotel re payments. My payment was approved and then declined twice although I used the card at the hotel with no problem. It seems that it is very fashionable for the cars to be constantly backfiring and this went onto the early morning. Nothing that the hotel can do about it but very annoying when you have an early flight to catch.

Our room was lovely, 1st time stay and 1st time in a hotel with an oven, a dish sink, a washing machine and a big fridge, we made use of the oven and fridge, we loved the generous proportions of food, my wife and I ended up sharing a plate and kept the other order for later(heated up in the oven), the stuff was amazing, so friendly and helpful, even looking after our 3 month old son while we dished food, and bringing us whatever we need, short to the top of my favourite Hotels list, definitely going back, maybe today even...

Not a fan of the elevator setup, that you have to climb out of the elevator which takes you from the parking and go to another elevator which takes you to the room, also did not like the need of the room card to open doors that lead to the elevators, prefer the setup where the elevator itself is operated via room card

I loved everything about my stay. I booked a studio room and it had everything i needed. I loved the modern finishes, the view and the size of the room. I loved that the room had direct access to the mall!! Cant wait to come back

I would have loved to stay on a higher floor but i understand that it is on a first come basis. I was on the 6th floor and still had a decent view. I would have also liked to have a smart tv with the option for Youtube, Netflix and the likes but other than that everything was perfect
