Renovated rooms-new carpet, furniture, redone walls, halls redone. Clean mirrors. Heated pool Fitness room was in an area being renovated, but it had a few weights, yoga mats, cycle and treadmill. Tap cards for rooms. Worked. Although the sink was in the washroom there was a counter and mirror outside for a second person to get ready while another is showering. Tourist pamphlets and a city map in the room. Fridge didn't have a freezer section so it wasn't frozen solid. Breakfast had 22 oatmeal toppings. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, bananas, oranges, 2 shapes of waffles, chocolate milk, tall glasses for juice. No protein (sausage etc.) unless it had run out before I got there. Quiet.

2 floors but (as far as I could tell) no elevator. If this is the case (and it wasn't just me being oblivious to it) this should be mentioned in the site write-up. Old blood stains on pillow case, one on towel. Spotty internet. No pen/paper in room.

What I especially VALUE in our travels really anywhere is being treated with RESPECT and JOY! Akia and David are EXCEPTIONAL at both character traits and gave me assistance, kindness, and joy after a 12 hr. day of travelling. They are STELLAR!!

There was nothing that I did not like. Though perhaps a ramp downstairs. Those few steps are tricky especially walking down from the entrance/check-in to the pool area and my room.

The hotel is very close to the Dakota Square mall. The room was large. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good (eggs, sausage, waffles in addition to other options). There were real coffee mugs available for morning coffee instead of just paper cups. And the coffee was excellent! The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. Very good value for the money.

There is no elevator but it is only five steps up to the second floor and the hotel staff carried our bags upstairs for us which was very helpful and much appreciated. It would have been nice to have a small table and a couple of chairs to sit on in the room rather than just one large armchair. Hotel is non-smoking but there was smoke smell near lower level ice machine.

Love the pool set up and that it wasn't full of chlorine! Had a little birthday party for my 4 year old and the half of the pool that was shallow being fenched off was perfect!

Hot tub was down but im sure it would have been amazing also!

Great service, location and amenities. Loved the kitchenette and the bedroom being separated from the kitchen/living room area.

This was our second visit to this hotel in the last six weeksWe find it to be a conveniently located hotel that is good value and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional- by far the best breakfast we’ve had at a hotel.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like

My only comment plant is that I could not get newsmax or Fox News on the tv, only mainstream liberal channels

The curb in front of the motel is a little high, I would shave it down to prevent damage to vehicles

Super cute hotel, reminded me of the boutique hotels we have stayed at in Florida.

The cleanliness of our room but mainly bathroom shower was dirty with hair everywhere.

24 hour coffee the staff has always been friendly and efficient when we have stayed there on several occasions.

No elevator my wife has a hard time walking and I have COPD and the stairs make it hard for me as well my wife can usually only do stairs with assistance.

Location is great, check in with app is easy and quick, the bar and breakfast area were well stocked, and kids loved the pool.
