Breakfast was outstanding with loads of options. Gym and spa were easily accessible and lovely spaces. Rooftop pool was smallish but great views over the city. Separate ladies pool was good and out of the sun. Connected to the mall which is a bit odd being from Europe but actually meant convenient access to supermarket and shops. You can’t really walk anywhere in Muscat and have to drive. Location is central so good for this.

There was a strange smell in the bathroom. They tried to fix it and I think a short-term issue.

Spacious room, excellent location - this hotel is connected to Muscat Grand Mall which is very convenient. Easy to get transport from the hotel to other areas around Muscat. Staff were polite and helped with luggage upon arrival. the facilities within the hotel are honestly fantastic and super clean - loved the women’s only gym and swimming pool! Good access for wheelchair users too. There’s also a movie night everyday outside which was lovely! Would definitely return

The electricals were a bit of hassle, as the lights and electricity worked by card sometimes the card would not work properly and the electricity didn’t work in the room - constantly faced this issue unfortunately.

From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect! 😍 The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — true Omani hospitality at its finest 🇴🇲✨. The room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable 🛏️. I slept like a baby every night 😴. The breakfast buffet? A dream. So many delicious options, both local and international 🍳🥐☕. The pool and spa area were the perfect places to relax and unwind 💆‍♀️🏊‍♂️. And the location is super convenient — close to everything, yet calm and peaceful. Every detail was thoughtful, and the service made me feel truly special. I didn’t just stay at a hotel — I experienced genuine warmth and care ❤️. I’ll definitely be back!

Too much kindness! 😅 From the moment I arrived—smiles, attention, that famous Omani hospitality… I couldn’t even complain in peace 😐. The staff practically read my mind 🤯. By the time I was leaving, I almost shed a tear 😢 (and I only came to sleep, not get emotionally attached 🛏️❤️).

This hotel is amazing! Very clean, beautiful property, very friendly staff, breakfast was great, the rooftop pools and spa facilities were really good and the location is right next to two malls and a 15-20min drive to all the main attractions. I loved staying here during my time in Oman.

The AC is turned up so high in the lobby and corridors so it's freezing cold sometimes when you leave your room. We also had issues with the AC in our room - it would not turn off properly so our room was getting extremely cold - but the staff gave us a heater for our room for this issue. The wifi was also a bit slow sometimes.

Hotel location was fantastic. Only next to the shopping mall also access from hotel directly to the shopping mall next to it. The reception person was fantastic and day was very helpful. Also, we asked for late checkout day, easily support us for our late checkout. We done reservation for three days, but due to some work condition, we stayed only for one day and they change the reservation without any cancellation fee

The bad point for hotel was only entertainment The hotel is very poor for kind of entertainment and activities To be honest, that was the only bad point

It was wonderful stay!! The apartment was spacious, beautiful and very big. And the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was delicious, and I also had the opportunity to use the lounge on the 7th floor - for snacks during the day. Wonderful idea!! I very appreciate help of Ali from the reception. He helped me with changing my car with rental comapny in the night I came to the hotel and supported me all the stay. I would also thank Monica from the reception and the girl from the lounge - she was so nice and kind!! The room service was also perfect (I do not remember the name, but maybe Yosuf).

I like that the apartment was specious and comfortable except the issue we had with the AC. I also liked that when I forgot my phone charger and later came back to collect it after the checkout, they were able to return it back to me

The AC was not working properly, even though we called the technician who didn't fix it except just replaced our access card ! We stayed for 3 nights in an apartment, which we could not reduce the temperature less than 21C

Very good size for a family of 5 for a 2 bed room apartment. Facilities in the room are very good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff and cafe staffs are really good. Tour arrangements are quicker and reasonable cost. Food options in the breakfast was spectacular. I heard both lunch and dinner options are also good and value for Money. I didn’t opt for it due to my plans. Their spa and gym was excellent. Swimming pool location and view is very good even though the pool is smaller. They have spectate pool and spa for ladies only which my wife enjoyed it well. There are 2 mall in a walkable distance (Muscat Grand Mall and Oman Avenue Mall).

All 3 TV’s don’t have YouTube, Netflix etc. kids got bored and even the screen sharing from mobile option in Arabic and the IT staff support is time taking, I have reported the issue in day 1, staff called me on day 4 before I am vacating the room. Breakfast area supervisor (Philipino guy) terrible. Not even letting the guest to take water bottle, fruits and even kids picking donuts. He is like looking like police man watch every guest making sure no food stuff goes out of the dining area.

It is clean , comfortable Hotel with good breakfast Variety. Pool and Spa ( steam , jacuzzi, sauna ) is modern, clean and spacious. We booked 2 Bedroom apartment, very spacious rooms and living room with open Kitchen, has dishes washed, 2 fridges and one Room with its own bathroom for the Maid, has direct access to the Grand Muscat Mall, where in Ground floor Carrefour located, so easy to buy staffs for the Home. Negative points : slow WiFi , disconnects often, TV switched off after couple of Minutes. No warm water in the Showers at the Spa. Overall it is beautiful Hotel with amazing Spa amnesties and access to Mall. Infront the Hotel there is second Mall Avenue Mall.

Nice hotel near two shopping malls. Big comfy and clean room with all modern equipment. Good breakfast with wide selection and fresh omelete/egg station. Pool od the rooftop was enough big, clean and with nice service and view. Hotel quality and service correspond to higer price for this hotel.

We get the room with door to other rooms (normally used probably to join rooms to family rooms). Problem is noice which goes throught the doors. Rather funny than extremly bad is dust in elevator. For this "superior" hotel it is relatively unexpected the the dust in elevator. I draw to that dust smali emeticon and it was there still at check-out there. Probably it is there still :)
