Spacious living area, great bathroom, The Hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the free underground car park is brilliant for loading the car when it’s raining outside. The Hotel is clean and the Staff are very friendly and Helpful and very welcoming to our Boxer Dog.

Although mattress was comfortable, the double bed could have been wider. The Bar and restaurant advertised are really for the elderly residents who make up the majority in the hotel, although this was not a big issue for us. The bedrooms can be very warm, requiring the windows to be left open.

The apartments were supposed to be next door, but actually at least they were on the same floor. The restaurant was closed, but when booking 8 checked and it was supposed to be open. However, the woman who was on reception was brilliant. She got us pasta pots to reheat in the rooms, and a beer each. She even added some snacks for us! Very helpful!

The entrance was not easy, but the woman on reception really helped and let us park right outside. The fact that the restaurant was closed was not great.

Obliging, helpful staff with à smile. Easy to find, and welcoming after a hard 12 hr drive and breakdown. Roomy, comfortable studio, large bathroom with walk in shower. Would make a good base from which to explore an area of great interest.

It was a bit too over heated for my liking. The parking is height restricted - 1.90m and could be problematic for those who travel by van (vw - 2.03m). Height restriction should be in description at point of booking. Double Bed was on the small size.

My husband and I loved this accommodation as it was bright, clean and easy to access with an underground car park with a lift to all the floors. It is set in a very superior residence for senior citizens but that adds to its charm. The Citadelle free bus which has two separate routes was a 5 minute walk away and allowed us to explore the delights of the lovely gem of Arras. Staff at the residence were simply lovely and so accommodating to all our requests and services such as supermarkets and petro stations were very straightforward to access. All the people we met in Arras were very friendly and if you have any connections to the two World Wars this is a very poignant area to visit.

Helpful staff, spacious apartment with lift, underground parking was easy to go in and out, good location, clean and tidy, good WiFi.

Noise from the main road was constant during the day. Was ok with the windows closed. Bare walls with no art or any deco. Lack of kitchen utensils, to begin with, no proper knife and chopping board made cutting an orange a big task. None of the pots and pans has lid, so had to use a plate to cover instead. No wine glasses which shouldn't happen in France. Only a filtered coffee maker with filter paper provided. We brought our Bialetti but sadly the induction plate doesn't support it.

The apartment is modern and spacious, with a big bathroom and shower. The shower had good pressure. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were thick. It had a small balcony but it does face the road and the door only opened a little because it was jammed on the floor. The parking was very useful and secure.. The pool was really nice to use and it even has some bubble jets. Although it is a retirement home, the staff and guests are all really friendly and helpful and want to chat. For a one night stay it worked really well.

The apartment seemed really clean but pur feet got quite dirty walking around bare foot so the floor had not been cleaned. Everywhere else seemed clean. They have removed a lot of the cooking equipment from the apartment due to thefts. It said to ask reception, when we did they had no extra cooking equipment, the receptionist tried to find a couple of bits for us but it made cooking difficult. Not a good place to stay if you want to cook. The sauna was broken and it looked long term, we had not been told that was the case and were disappointed about it.

The cooking facilities are adequate and suited me well. Apartment spacious. Reasonably close to the centre. On site parking useful. I think this is a retirement development but with some visitor apartments. That's great but I hadn't twigged it and I wondered if i was in the right place at first. Residents friendly.

Air con didn't do anything and the road at the front is noisy if you leave the windows open. My allocated basement parking space was a tight concrete box. Breakfast is based on a tick list when you arrive so take your time on this. You get exactly what you tick. Even asking for milk for coffee caused some list inspecting.

Our second trip to Arras and again we stayed at the Domitys L’Atlas. The rooms are very well equipped with comfy beds, a fabulous shower and a lovely kitchen area with a lounge and balcony. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. There was also underground secure parking for our motorbike.

The helpful receptionist and the apartment itself was very nice. The free parking under the property. The concept; hotel apartments in the same place as the Pensioners accommodation :-)

The breakfast was basic - no complaints about it, however, as it was very cheap! We asked for breakfast in our apartment and it was a bit late arriving - in the long run it was not an issue but at the time it was slightly annoying. Had we known this we would have eaten in the 'bar/restaurant' area. The bathroom could have benefited from a more deep clean (room 213).

Great stop over on the way back to Calais. Beautifully spacious apartment, immaculately clean and with all the necessary utensils. It was so nice we ended up cooking in rather than going out for tea! Large bathroom, airy open plan kitchen/dining room/sitting room with table, sofa and TV, plus very comfortable bedroom. Great place to relax the night before/after a ferry crossing. Easy to find and felt very secure (the apartment is part of an assisted living facility but just feels like any other hotel). Couldn’t recommend more!
