Our room was quite large & very clean, it was perfect for our needs

The automatic shades did not work. We had to stand on the coffee table to roll them up and take them down. We were told later that the motors were broken & they would be fixing them soon. I hope they do, as it is an ADA room & somebody could get hurt standing on a table, trying to get them up & down.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff kept everything stocked and fresh fruit. The bed was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave.

Staff could have looked at the pool area to make sure parents were controlling their kids in the hot tub. The water in the pool and hot tub could have been a little warmer.

Loved the spacious room. The suite was perfect especially having the extra tv that the kids could watch. Rachel was very friendly at checkin

There wasnt any bedding in the room for the sofa bed, 4 of us staying and only towels for 3 in the room. I booked without the breakfast, but chose to eat at a cost of $10 per day- the breakfast selection was not worth the cost. 1st day had to wait for hot food to be refilled. 2nd day- food available but was barely warm. I could have gone up the road to IHOP for the cost. Kids wanted waffles or pancakes. The 2nd day the main elevator was out of service but there was another towards the restaurant entrance at the other end of the hotel

The location was fantastic, beds super comfortable, very nice aesthetically.

The hot tub temp was definitely not where it needed to be, a lot cooler than stated on the sign. I told 2 different people about the temp discrepancy and neither seemed to care.

We enjoyed the niceness of the facility, and everything was clean. Great location, close to many places.

When we were trying to check in, there was a line waiting to be checked in. It took about 10 minutes before someone came up to the front desk.

Floor in my room could use cleaning.

The Suite was a good size and had everything we needed. Beautiful lobby and great location for the airport. Loved the Biaggi Restaurant down the street.

The bathroom was very small for a suite.

Very clean.

The shower was a bit dirty. Had trouble figuring out the AC. Sometimes the room had a smoke smell

There was some trash in the waste basket when we arrived.
