Great place for price compared to others

Wish the wifi didn't disconnect every time I left the room. It's understandable, though. The wifi to connect to consoles is my problem. You either have to use your personal hotspot or literally bring a wifi stick to watch things like YouTube netflix stan etc through the console. I used about 110gbs just in those 3 services over my stay. Accumulates to about $80-$110, and im telstra. It's not your standard wifi log in. You must sign into wifi via website, which is why consoles can't connect. National TV can get too boring

We loved everything about this property. The facilities in the room were second to none. The provision of a small kitchen, a combination washer and dryer in the bathroom as well as a small clothesline were all added bonuses. We did not have to avail ourselves of all these extras but it was great to know that they will be available for the next time that we visit.

Nothing could have been better except the tight corners needing to be negotiated in the parking lot. We had a large 4WD that was a bit difficult to negotiate the corners but it was manageable. We appreciated that the parking was available with our price on the room.

I liked a self-contained apartment with a kitchen and a full-sized bathroom with washing machine with integrated dryer. This helped a lot when I came for a very busy two-day business trip with very little spare clothes.

Smart TV was first generation, so wasn't really smart at all. It was losing memory of all stations each time I connected my laptop to the TV via HDMI cable to use as second monitor. I had to re-run autotune procedure after each time I was working on my laptop to be able to watch broadcast television. Also, the washing machine/dryer would benefit from some maintenance - likely the lint filter cleaning. After washing, I found a lot of fine textile dust in my clothing pockets, which is clear evidence that the lint filter was clogged.

Great location for our stay in Rosehill. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean with good views towards the city, bed was comfy, bathroom was one of the biggest I've seen in a while and the kitchen had everything you needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, it was your standard hotel buffet.

Parking is appreciated and the underground parking has tight bends and spaces are narrow, especially if you're driving a large 4x4 and others aren't as concerned how their car is parked in their spot. There is parking outside the hotel (on hotel grounds), marked as visitor spots, so these would be easier if you have a large/high work or 4x4 vehicle.

Value for money! We stayed here for one night as we had a wedding in Paramatta- it was a comfortable room with everything we needed travelling with a 6 month old- they provided a cot for free. There was a washing machine, induction cooktop, microwave (great for sterilising bottles) and separate sink in the kitchenette (great for washing bottles). There was a large bed which was firm and comfortable and a single bed which we used to put our luggage on. Best of all- we left behind the baby white noise machine and the staff kindly sent it back to us in the mail as we live out of town.

Our entire floor smelt like curry. Really delicious curry. Sad we couldn’t get any

- Parking Challenges: While secure, the basement parking has very tight corners. This could pose difficulties for those driving new cars or less confident drivers, requiring extra caution when manoeuvring. - Dining Options: The immediate vicinity lacks a variety of restaurants within walking distance. However, Wigram Street, a short 5-8 minute drive away, offers numerous dining choices.

The room was well appointed with a King-size bed, kitchenette, desk area and seats. The staff were terrific, front of house, kitchen and housekeeping were all fantastic, friendly and helpful. We also had a full buffet English breakfast included and it was great as well.

The shower was in a bathtub so it was a little difficult to get into and out of. In addition parking a large SUV in the underground carpark was a mission impossible task. This situation was saved by the super friendly staff who were across this and saved some onsite above ground carparks for the small band of large SUV drivers that were staying there.

Very easy to get to off a main road, easy to park, nice friendly staff, quick easy check in even had a shuttle bus to Quodos Bank Arena for the concert we went to. Very comfy bed, nice neat renovated room, new carpet, paint & curtains but the lamps and desk were old and tired and the chair was stained and dirty red desk chair, bathroom older but clean. We could see they are still in the process of renovations but very spacious room, great facilities, big TV, balcony was good but needs screen if you prefer fresh air. We asked for a quiet room which they gave us 9th floor facing away from main road was great but it was next to the lift which was quiet noisy but slept pretty well. Would recommend for value for money we had parking and hot breaky great value. If you going to Qudos Bank Arena or olympic park great place to stay only 10mins.

All Good no dislikes

Reception staff lovely and welcoming whilst still making check-in fast and efficient. Room was kitted out well with small kitchenette, laundry facilities within the bathroom, desk, armchair and coffee table. Loved that there was a bath to enjoy. Location excellent and within walking distance of Little India, ferry and train services to the city. So close to Rosehill racecourse also. Breakfast was exceptional with friendly staff ensuring all food was topped up and the variety was excellent.

Would have liked a few more coffee and tea supplies but I’m sure we could have asked. Car park was appreciated but quite tight to drive in. Bathroom could use some updating as it was looking a little aged and taps were a bit dodgy. Similar with the curtains and windows.

Staff were welcoming and friendly. We arrived early and were able to enter the room by 12 noon. The room was quite large, much bigger than some other hotel rooms. The shower was good but could be difficult for some people to get into as you had to climb into the bath to have your shower. The added addition of the washer/dryer was a great idea and very useful when staying for a few days. The breakfast was delicious, bacon, sausages, eggs, the best poached eggs ever. Plenty of extras, tomatoes, mushrooms, hashbrowns etc. Lovely fruit, toast and cereal and not a bad coffee either. Parking was free and easy to get to, though some may find the corners a difficult to get around. We couldn't find parking near the ferry, and it takes 1 hour to get to Sydney on the ferry, so we drove in instead. Overall, a very pleasant stay and the lifts were quite fast for a change. I would recommend the Nesuto for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We had problems with a resident upstairs who was drilling and hammering, however, staff were on hand instantly to sort the issue out, it did take a while, but in the end, the noise stopped. Considering the studio apartment was for 3 people, there was only one chair and only the desk to sit at. A small side table and another chair at least would have been useful. There is no overhead lighting, just side lights or lamps, so the room wasn't that bright.
