The hospitality of the Staff. Mr. Denis was so friendly and honest. he made me feel that we are in a safe hands and added a big value to our stay.

The apartment was exceptionally nice. It was very spacious and clean. It was quiet and calm, and we felt immediately at home and relaxed when entering. We spent 4 nights at Leons from October 27to 31, 2023. The staff at the reception went above and beyond being friendly and helpful. They accommodated us in every way and welcomed us like guests in their private home. I have rarely experienced this kind of heartfelt friendship and hospitability, while traveling. Thank you for all your kindness and making our stay in Istanbul so pleasant.

The location is excellent, close to Metro Station, Bus Stop, Malls, Restaurants, Taxi stations, Grocery Shops and many more. Staff reception was awesome, especially Yunus, Deniz and their colleagues. The spaces were ambient too.

A few more provisions could make the services better.

The location was great and the apartment was large also staff were very supportive and helpful especially Denis he was always trying to make our stay comfortable.

No resturant in the facility so we had to buy grocery for the kids breakfast in case we can't go out early to a near resturant which are few steps away. Food applications only work for turkish numbers so was hard to order food too. Cleaning is not every day only every 2 days. One bathroom/shower room for the full family so it takes time till everyone get ready.

We had a great week-long stay. The flat was clean, spacious, and a great value for money. The location is very central, making it easy to walk anywhere. As expected in such a central location, you can hear some city noise. The staff was very helpful.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and just perfect. The service was exceptional as well, the receptionist Mr. Yunus was an excellent host, very helpful and professional, overall a very good experience, Definitely recommend this stay.

The window blinds were difficult to operate.

The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and it has everything you need. You can park the car at the property, for free. We received an upgrade from an one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Deniz, who was a very good host. Although there are no important touristic sites around, the area is beautiful, the streets are colorful and full of life, there are a lot of restaurants, excellent food.
