Me & my mum had a wonderful time here. The staff were super friendly, big thank you to Ali especially. He was so kind and attentive to all our needs. All the staff are amazing. The hotel was so beautiful, I loved the interior and it was super clean. The location was 10/10, literally so safe and right next to so many restaurants. We recommended it to all our family & friends. The terrace is gorgeous, you can clearly see Sultanahmet Camii and Hagia Sophia too. Even the Bosphorus.

Wow! Honestly wow! The staff, the location, the comfort and aesthetic! 10/10! Dont think about it, honestly, just book it before the space runs out. A big thank you to the staff of Mina Hotel. They were so friendly and kind to us. Evens upgraded our room and allowed for an early check in (do not expect this though because obviously they cater where they can). All the receptionists were on point. When it came to recommendations, they hit the nail on the head every time. They are a bunch you can really trust and they will make your experience in Istanbul truly remarkable. Thank you Mina Hotel and team ❤️🙏🏻

The only improvement they can implement is having a breakfast included in their packages.

We booked a family suite as we travelled with our 10 year old son. The living room had 2 x sofa bed ( 1 dbl and 1 single) The room has very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very nice and clean too. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to major attractions- walking distance to Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. The trams line was 2 mins walk and we had shops and restaurant outside the hotel which as super useful. ~The roof top provides a beautiful view of the Blue Mosque and great sunset views of the sea and other point of interests.

The bedroom had 2 single beds put together and not a double as we expected, also those mattress felt too soft for our liking. One of the main issues with the room was the waste water noise you can hear coming from other rooms (next door and above) and at night this become very irritating.

Great location - walking distance to many touristic attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful ! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Even though our room was on the first floor and faced the street, it was not at all noisy at night.

Rooms look bigger in the pictures than reality and the bathroom door doesn’t close properly

Great location, good value money, staff were friendly and helpful - the concierge gave me a tip on arrival to go up to the roof and it gave a great view over the city!

We got moved rooms after our first night (the receptionist said it was to give us a better view for one night but I’d rather have had just the one room for the entire stay instead of chopping and moving)- not sure why but the language barrier made it hard to understand fully, and the second room we got moved to the WiFi signal was very poor - we did flag with reception but the issue wasn’t resolved.

the property is good, clean, we had 2 rooms connected that comfortable with kids, so the size of rooms was good for us, in central area you know it’s difficult to find normal size rooms, so this big benefit for this hotel. the stuff is great, they always ready to help with any request. I stayed not first time in Istanbul, previous stay was in Marriott, but that one location not such comfortable. for tourists I advise to stay in Fatih, cause everything is near by walk.

all is good, just pillows for me so strong, I advice them to change. and no scales in room, for person who care about them weight like me, this a bit problem 😁

Every thing was just perfect , nice hotel , renovation just conducted to the hotel it's so obvious, cozy room and will maintained , hotel management provided me an early check-in and late check-out which is highly appreciated, perfect housekeeping too, hotel location is central and prime location just 1 min walking to the sumtanahmet main street and 3 mins to the metro station, close by many resturants, groceries stors, laundry, and nice small bufe out side the hotel less than 20 meters walking distance . Hotel management team are professional Mr.Ali was a cooperative man helped me alot during my stay answering all my questions. Mr.Jeehan was a professional receptionist at first day . Mr.Hussain was offering us tea and coffee all the time for free and help my with my baggage with o lovely happy face. My stayment was full of joy for 8 days at this wonderful hotel, diffintly I will choose the same hotel in my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you so much keep it up

Honestly would highly recommend! I already have to all my friends :) we've been to Istanbul quite a few times and each time stayed on a different side of the city but we are sure we will stay at Mina again next time and have decided this was the best location. Last year we were on the side of Galata Tower + Taksim but Mina is on the side which is literally 6 minutes to Sultanahmet square, the Bazar, the Blue Mosque! We even managed to go pray Fajr at Hajia Sofia and it was such a nice safe walk even at 4AM! Cleanliness is 10/10, the shower was incredible, not the biggest room in the world but amazing interior design especially if you're a girl planning to take aesthetically pleasing content, lighting is beautiful and bathroom is gorgeous too! The stuff are always available 24/7 but don't bother you. We didn't get breakfast as there are literally 20 places to eat wherever you turn around the hotel!! 100000% won't be disappointed ! Price is great too for what you get :)

Literally everything was great :) but a very small suggestion for the owners just to take it to next level: add a nice full size mirror in the lift!!

The location was absolutely perfect — just a 10-minute walk to iconic sites like Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. The area is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The tram station was only 8 minutes away, making it easy to travel across Istanbul. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean, cozy, and overall exceptional.

Nothing , I genuinely liked everything about the property.

Very good location in the center of Istanbul, Sultanahmet district, 5 minutes walk to the tram stop, supermarket nearby. Incredibly friendly staff, any help and questions are resolved instantly. Manager Ali is just a sweetheart). There is an exit to the roof of the hotel, from where a stunning view of the sea, the Blue Mosque and the city opens. Comfortable beds.

There are not enough hooks for towels in the shower.
