excellent sea view. Staff were wiling for me to change rooms because I waned a balcony which wasn't available when I arrived

when I stayed last year there were tables and chairs on the balcony which had been removed which decision I was disappointed with. Also I was disappointed with wifi bandwidth available as the TV reception was especially poor with the picture constantly breaking up meaning it was impossible to to follow the Glastonbury festival which was happening at the same time I was staying at the Savoy Hotel. Surely it's possible to have sufficient wifi band-width available to be able stream live TV and other internet services?

The location of the hotel was great- right on the sea front. Easy to find as well, and within a walking disctance of the town centre. The person who greeted us at the hotel had a great sense of humour. The hotel has a vintage charm and it’s a little worn around the edges, but it is just the kind of place I enjoy staying in. The important thing for me is to find the place clean, with plenty of clean towels provided, and that's excatly what I found there. The price I paid for was very resonable, and I was positively surprised with the size of the room.

If I had to find something to moan about, it would be other residents of the hotel, who stayed in the room above us. They decided to argue laudly in the middle of the night, but the situation calmed down quickly.

We arrived at 10:30pm, and the chap on reception was exceedingly helpful, providing us somewhere safe to keep the pram, and helping carry our luggage up with him to our room. We had booked a single and a family room, for the five of us and in order to move the single room close to us, he upgraded it to a double without being asked. The sea views were excellent.

While it is a B&B, there was no breakfast on when we visited (early January) The decor is a little tired, and the facilities basic, but all adaquate. We were on the top (3rd floor) and without a lift up to it, my wife found that climb difficult.

Room 6, immaculate, I feel the Savoy under management Ibrahim is excellent, this room is something I feel will eventually be applied to all the rooms in the future. Downstairs is always clean and welcoming along with the stairs and landings leading to all rooms. There is not much Parking on the premises but there are loads of parking spaces in a short walking distance to the hotel. If you find yourselves with any problems the manager and staff will be on it straight away, you just need to ask rather than put up with it. My 14 year old has enjoyed staying in room 6, connecting his PS5 to a large new Television Screen, he prefers room 6 to his own bedroom. The price for the night stay can vary from day to day but for the price you won't be disappointed unless your expecting the Savoy in London.

The sea views was lovely to wake up to room, was lovely. my mum. Booked a smalll single but when i arrived it was a double. I had a kettle with coffee facilities i only had a toilet with a sink but that was enough for me as early start

Not really an issues for me as i only had a small bag with me. My. Parents kept the rest off my. Luggage with them. but my parents was told that the lift wasn't working. I was on the top floor There was a multiple stairs to climb if i had a large suit case this would off been an issue

Friendly staff, clean rooms with tea, coffee and water available. Fantastic value for money and my son was even allowed to play on the piano in reception which was wonderful. The sea view was lovely and being so close to the beach was brilliant for our stay. A nice surprise for us was meeting the lobby cat! She was super friendly and let us all pet her.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so the only things we thought could be improved will probably be resolved soon anyway - it was just dated decor but it made us laugh as a bit of a time warp.

It was a bit basic but a room for 3 people for a night booked less than 24 hours before for less than a hundred...I didn't expect anything else! It was very clean and tidy and it was right on the sea front! The staff seemed to be mostly young men in their late teens or early 20s and they simply could not do enough for you!

It was billed as a Bed n Breakfast in the advert, and I understand that there were details of the breakfast arrangements on the signage...but it didn't jump out at me! There was a lot of tea and coffee making facilities...they didn't skimp...but I was a bit concerned that there was only 1 socket in the room and that the kettle was perched on a shelf directly under the TV...but we didn't have the TV on and only used the kettle once so it made no odds to us!

Fabulous! Because I was given a sea view room & it’s something I love! So as soon as I was shown my room was over the moon! Doors led out onto a balcony even better! Room was clean & tidy with a Locke welcome touch of chocolates along with obligatory tea coffee etc. Bed comfortable was pleased to have a toilet in the room as we’d booked for shared bathroom so that was another added bonus! Staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel is in process of being updated & will be beautiful once done. Had a lovely stay & spent most of my time on the balcony with drinks over looking the sea&beach so was happy as can be.

I’m not a fussy person so nothing for me. Some have&would say it’s needing updating but I can see past that as I spent my time in my lovely room & the balcony so didn’t care about that.

Ibrahim was great, he's only been there for a week but is doing a super job on his own. It's one of the cheapest hotels in weston so don't expect The Savoy London. Full of character and plenty of old features with gorgeous sea views from the balcony.

Absolutely love this place, IV been bringing my family for the last few years, this is our second stay within the last 2 weeks . staff are great and extremely friendly and helpful, it's looking great now it's being updated. Plenty of tea coffee supplies, room was clean , bathroom with clean. View absolutely stunning

The lift working would be fantastic as those stairs are a killer
