Friendly, caring staff and Manager. We were asked if everything was ok. Arriving in middle of heatwave, my son would have benefited from larger room other than a twin room. I offered to pay for an upgrade to family room. Was given free upgrade with fabulous sea views!!🙂 Chilled out in their seafront restaurant and enjoyed Sunday Carvery in our own private area of indoor restaurant and provided with pedastal fan by the Manager herself. Nothing too much trouble. We will be back again...5 years in a row!! Perfect location for town centre and catching local buses.

Going home!!! Especially during a heatwave, coastal wind great for cooling down a few degrees.

Property was fairly old school but modernised well on the seafront. Perfect location of your aiming to visit the Pier and shiny seaside area of Weston. Everything was equipped well with big TV and in the hot weather a much welcomed fan also.

The main problem was the curtains, split into 3 its was all a bit awkward and none were easy to pull across. Ultimately there was always a gap somewhere along the full window. A full curtain that drapes across would be a better idea and a necessary update from a visitors point of view. Due to the old nature of the building it could be quite creeky, in reality not an issue though. Staying on a Saturday meant it got a bit noisy outside early in the morning which isn't the hotels issue but try to remember earplugs if you do book.

The bed was comfy, had a fan in the bedroom, which was a god send. Tea making facilities, stayed for 2 nights, and emptied the bin and left more milk. We had dinner at the hotel on the first night loved it I had mussels and there were lots of them. My friend had roast beef, they did forget about hers, and gave her a free drink which I thought was nice. But she enjoyed her meal when it arrived. Had a bottle of wine, and only had 2 glasses out of it, and they kept the rest in the fridge for the next evening. Lovely staff, and we asked for a late check out and they said yes which we needed. Would I stay again yes I would. The location was perfect right on the seafront, and in walking distance of everything. A nice hotel. If we had wanted the breakfast in the morning we could have it at a cheaper price. We didn't so had to pay extra sat outside in the sunshine, eating breakfast. Was it worth the money for what we had no. But I ate it and set me up for the day. The towels and linen were clean we had hangers for our clothes, a desk and 2 chairs, a hairdryer tall mirror, plenty of loo roll.

Our shower was quite high, and my friend stubbed her toe, the shower did leak, and it was a little cramped but we showered. Could of done with a lick of paint, and freshen up, but it didn't ruin our stay at all, you are there just to sleep and change.

good position, rooms ckean, nescafe coffee, fan in toom helped . lift . didnt eat there but the offer of breakfast was there as soon as we got the key!

en suite was very small but im fairly large. carpet in hallways was a bit grubby , matress was fairly new not best quality but very clean. no aircon! but niether had premier inn further down riad last time we stayed. oh yes was worried when we arrived at room as the yale lock on door wasnt inline and latch didnt work ! but i had a screwdriver for some reason so i fixed it!!! i suppose i could of told them at reception but was an easy fix

Greeted by a lady whom I felt not so welcoming compaired to many other hotels iv stayed . I arrived just under 2 hrs early .check in 3pm in my opinion as check out is 10am.the check in is later than anywhere iv stayed before .I asked if I could leave my suitcase in a safe place and was told they're wasn't and if I wanted to leave my suitcase in a restaurant it was at my risk .when iv stayed anywhere else there as always been a safe place to leave luggage as I cant control times of coaches and always try and get the closest to book in time .so thats my only gripe about this place and decor is really what you pay for location is great close to sea front . I came just to chill and thats what I did for 2 nights .I didn't eat at the restaurant due to not being made welcome on arrival tbh

Yesterday me and my partner stopped at the York Hotel for 1 night, this was such a lovely experience for us, we was greeted by a gentleman with a smile on his face, welcoming and professional, it was only minutes after our arrival we was given keys, instructions and exploring our room for the night. The room was just as expected, roomy with a double bed, private bathroom, tea/coffee, TV, hair dryer, towels. Although the room was slightly outdated the room was spotless and well presented. The bed was comfortable and the large window allowed natural daylight and fresh air into the room. We was not far from the restaurant but the noise traffic was not heard from the room. On the evening we decided to eat at the restaurant, They staff that served us (Amelia, Will and Crystal) was welcoming, friendly, well presented and very professional. THE FOOD WAS OUTSTANDING! I myself had a mixed grill where everything down to the peas was cooked with perfection and my partner had the ribs which was delicious! The restaurant had beautiful sea front views, calm and relaxing, the staff was helpful and took my allergies into consideration, they wasn't over to check on us to often leaving us to enjoy our meal in peace but checking in at the right times to remove plates, replenish drinks and ensure all was well with the meal. If I could of stopped longer I certainly would of! Me and my partner visit Westin Super Mare each year and this is the first restaurant we said we would definitely come back to affordably and excellent in many ways! Hats off to the owners, management and everyone involved in making the stay perfect! We will be back to visit again! (Hopefully next year)

The manager was excellent, sorted out the original room which was very smelly of drains, I wouldn't be happy to have paid £100 a night for a very small run down double anyway. But after speaking to the manager she was very accommodating and moved to a very nice room worthy of, £100 But no more, had it been high season I could understand but first weekend of April? But the restaurant and bar were of a much higher standard.

The fact that the receptionist is not available to speak to before 3 ? And not available in the morning for check out. The system of check in and check out needs a serious rethink. And the halls could do with a face lift to go with the rest of the place.

Right on the beach, with a multi story car park just next door, £12 for an overnight stay,so ideal. Had a double room and a twin room, Plenty of tea and coffee in room. comfortable enough for our 1 night stay.. Bar area was nice and quiet when we went and the lady serving was lovely.

Room was a little noisy at night on our side of the hotel due to hearing air con units outside and people leaving from pubs! But it was a Saturday night. Our double didn't have a fan or hairdryer, which would have been nice, but my daughters twin room did!

Room was a lovely size, we had a double and a single even though ther was only 2 of us. We had a partial sea view which was lovely. Location was perfect as we attending an event on the Grand Pier and this hotel is literally across the road. Breakfast had almost everything you would want, full English, buffet style, juice, tea, coffee, breads for toast. choice of cereals. I would have liked a croissant but it did not matter. Parking was really close (as not available at the hotel)

Room was a bit too warm with no option to turn the heating up or down, check out a bit too early (our event didn't finish until 2am!) No parking available at the Hotel, small multi storey car park just behind teh hotel which was fine for us staying in January, I am not sure what spaces would be available in teh summer as its for shoppers and tourists and is really near teh seafront. Extra £20 for the parking (not bad really, Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon)

The staff are extremely welcome and very helpful, the buffet breakfast was hot everything morning and cooked perfect, they have a fantastic choice off lunch and main meals, that are very reasonable prices, it's very clean and house keeping is everyday with fresh towel changing bins cleaning, there also very friendly. The beach is located straight out the front off the hotel, and the overnight parking is in the multistorey car park at the back, which is very secure. The town centre is a 5 min walk, it's a perfect location to get to all the shops, attractions and nearby restaurants. Looking forward to going back there again next year
