We had a wonderful stay – everything in the room was exactly as promised and made for a really comfortable visit. Having stayed here before, it’s always been a great experience and we’ll be very happy to return again in the future. The location is perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the local bars and restaurants. What really stood out this time was the new owner, Andrew. He was genuinely welcoming, attentive, and clearly cares about making sure guests have the best experience possible. It’s refreshing to see an owner take such interest in guest satisfaction. If there are ever any issues during a stay, I’d recommend speaking directly with Andrew – he’s keen to ensure everything is right and that guests leave happy. Overall, a brilliant place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.

The room was spacious yet cozy, lots of natural light and a view of the sea. It was nice and quiet, odd murmur of traffic but the apartments are well set back from the main road, so minimum disruption. The apartment was exceptionally clean including bedding which was good quality. I had a fantastic sleep, nice pillows and comfy bed. I liked the shower, large, spacious cubicle, good power pressure from shower which was nice and hot I have stayed in other apartments in the area which have been disappointing and so was very pleased to have found this one, I will continue to be a loyal customer!

No complaints whatsoever

The modern decor and the finish in the room was lovely. The big shower was great. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were great to sink my head into. Great nights sleep we had. Location was perfect, sea view room lovely.

Just little minor things but a few extra things on the tea tray like more milks teas and coffees to cover your duration (especially for someone who loves her cups of teas in the morning :) ) Also an extra toilet roll in the bathroom would have been useful. Parking isn’t the best but across the road is a car park at £14 for 24 hours, so that’s an extra cost for your stay. A little area outside for smoking would be good as having to stand at the bottom of the steps doesn’t look the best.

The location is perfect. Very close to town centre, without being too close. Locals are very friendly. Property is comfortable, air fryer, microwave and fridge in kitchenette area. Laundry area in basement with ironing board and iron as well as washer/dryer. Lovely bathroom and shower is good. Good stay, all amenities that are needed available . Good facilities for a comfortable stay.

You can hear people walking around in the above flat. Not good if they are awake and up at 3-4 in the morning, this woke me up on the first night. Couldn’t use the sofa as one of the legs was broken and had obviously been put in place. However, the sofa was unstable and could not be used, which meant only had kitchen diner chairs and one single chair to use the whole stay. Landlords were informed as I did not want them to think I had broken it. Landlady did get back and say she would try to get someone out to fix. However, it was a Saturday.

Near the beach, eateries and shopping centre. Staff were lovely to us. Apartment and communal areas were well kept and clean.

We had an apartment for 2 and there was 2 of everything (like mugs, dishes), however only 1 large glass and 1 champagne glass. Worst part was trying to park anywhere close to the apartment over the very busy weekend. My husband has COPD and it meant that after visiting family by car I was unable to return to park until well after 6.00pm. Not the fault of the apartment but I probably won’t stay there again because of this.

The details of the room made it lovely and warm and welcoming, cosy on a nighttime with this blackout curtains. The lights around the bed and under the kitchen units, the mirror light in the bathroom and also the lovely double size shower with waterfall head. Balcony's (yes there's 2!) Had great view of the sea. Nice distance to beach and shops less than 3minutes to the beach and 10minutes across the beach to the shops !

I don't know why but I was under the impression there was a cooker, so when we did our mini weekend shop we had bought bacon and sausages for breakfast. Only to discover there was no appliance to actually cook my items in other than a microwave or a toaster. I really think a mini grill would go a long way in this apartment. This will not put us off though as overall we were overlly impressed with our stay.

Check in was very easy although no one was there to meet you the email you receive is very straight forward with instructions for your arrival and departure, the apartment was very clean and had everything you needed and more , location was excellent to the seafront , would definitely stay again ,

Only negative was the Tv , couldn’t get it work and when you did it kept buffering, although not the end of the world ,

We stayed at these stunning, large apartments in Weston-super-Mare, which are quite probably the best in (and around town). We had family from Sweden and California staying with us and everyone appreciated the excellent design and facilities. Also, the apartments are moments from the beach and importantly, we had one assigned parking space too.

The WiFi was a bit flaky in a couple of the lower apartments, but our mobile signals were all good.

Spacious and very clean. The standard of finishes was very good. It looked as though there had been e relatively recent refurbishment which was to a good standard, especially relating to fire safety.

The mattress was very hard and the sofa back was broken so uncomfortable to sit on. There wasn’t a hob but we managed with the other equipment provided. There wasn’t a smoke seal missing at the top of the door frame.

We had the 2 bedroomed apartment with the courtyard view, which is spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable and the shower was excellent, just what was needed during a heat wave! The location is excellent, close to everything but not too noisy. Checking in and out very simple. We only stayed 3 nights but it had everything we needed and we all said we would go back there.
