excellent sea view. Staff were wiling for me to change rooms because I waned a balcony which wasn't available when I arrived

when I stayed last year there were tables and chairs on the balcony which had been removed which decision I was disappointed with. Also I was disappointed with wifi bandwidth available as the TV reception was especially poor with the picture constantly breaking up meaning it was impossible to to follow the Glastonbury festival which was happening at the same time I was staying at the Savoy Hotel. Surely it's possible to have sufficient wifi band-width available to be able stream live TV and other internet services?

We arrived at 10:30pm, and the chap on reception was exceedingly helpful, providing us somewhere safe to keep the pram, and helping carry our luggage up with him to our room. We had booked a single and a family room, for the five of us and in order to move the single room close to us, he upgraded it to a double without being asked. The sea views were excellent.

While it is a B&B, there was no breakfast on when we visited (early January) The decor is a little tired, and the facilities basic, but all adaquate. We were on the top (3rd floor) and without a lift up to it, my wife found that climb difficult.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with tea, coffee and water available. Fantastic value for money and my son was even allowed to play on the piano in reception which was wonderful. The sea view was lovely and being so close to the beach was brilliant for our stay. A nice surprise for us was meeting the lobby cat! She was super friendly and let us all pet her.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovation so the only things we thought could be improved will probably be resolved soon anyway - it was just dated decor but it made us laugh as a bit of a time warp.

It was a bit basic but a room for 3 people for a night booked less than 24 hours before for less than a hundred...I didn't expect anything else! It was very clean and tidy and it was right on the sea front! The staff seemed to be mostly young men in their late teens or early 20s and they simply could not do enough for you!

It was billed as a Bed n Breakfast in the advert, and I understand that there were details of the breakfast arrangements on the signage...but it didn't jump out at me! There was a lot of tea and coffee making facilities...they didn't skimp...but I was a bit concerned that there was only 1 socket in the room and that the kettle was perched on a shelf directly under the TV...but we didn't have the TV on and only used the kettle once so it made no odds to us!

Fabulous! Because I was given a sea view room & it’s something I love! So as soon as I was shown my room was over the moon! Doors led out onto a balcony even better! Room was clean & tidy with a Locke welcome touch of chocolates along with obligatory tea coffee etc. Bed comfortable was pleased to have a toilet in the room as we’d booked for shared bathroom so that was another added bonus! Staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel is in process of being updated & will be beautiful once done. Had a lovely stay & spent most of my time on the balcony with drinks over looking the sea&beach so was happy as can be.

I’m not a fussy person so nothing for me. Some have&would say it’s needing updating but I can see past that as I spent my time in my lovely room & the balcony so didn’t care about that.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I looked for the cheapest place to stay near Bristol airport and was not expecting to get a place right in front of the beach and near all the attractions of Weston-Super-Mare. The kids had great fun and the attendant was absolutely lovely.

The only thing that was a problem was that the water got blocked in the shower. As we were leaving the following day I only told the attendant when we were going. He asked why I didn't say anything before so that it could have been sorted out.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting a lot for the price, but I couldn't fault it at all. It was clean and pleasant, and the staff couldn't do enough to help and assist! It isn't far from the Grand Pier, so I'd say perfect location. I took myself and my 2 children to see Weston Carnival, and it was the perfect price and perfect location

Second stay in 3 weeks and brought the family this time, kids absolutely loved it and the staff were fantastic with my ADHD son who can be very hard to manage at times. Can't praise the staff enough, the rooms were lovely and the balcony was such a bonus. Returning again next weekend for my son's 7th birthday . such a fab little find that's quickly becoming our second home

Nothing to not like, price is fab, staff amazing, rooms clean and comfortable, yes reception is dated but who cares,

The hotel was amazing and it has a stunning view. The manager and staffs were very friendly and welcoming. I will 100% recommend Savoy Hotel and it is value for your money. I will definitely book it again.

I like everything about the hotel. The location is amazing and very accessible to the town centre. Right in front the Hotel the beautiful see which provide fresh air from all angles. The breakfast was delicious.

The staff were so amazing and helpful, especially Ali he was polite, helpful, even sorted a late checkout for us which we were extremely grateful for, 24hr helpline also provided, the room was clean, lots of choice on the TV, extras like tea coffee water, shampoo etc, we had a gorgeous view in the night also,, we would definitely return again, all at a fantastic price, so thank you for your hospitality
