The location is fantastic and ideal to get to a number of local attractions, shops etc. The size of the room and very good size bathroom is something I've always liked having stayed previously, the staff are exceptionally good with customer service and on point which is very encouraging, they care about what they are doing which is great.

Overall everything was fantastic, given the age of the building it is looking tired in several areas but this is understandable I think the bathroom could do with a refurb but this is very easy to complete.

We didn't have breakfast as we left very early. We had a pub meal at the hotel the night we arrived. Good choice of food and we all enjoyed our meals. Lady behind the bar was lovely. Efficient, chatty, very approachable. Generous amount of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room.

It is a pub with sports TV and music which we could hear from the room but it stopped at closing time so unless you are an early to bed person its not an issue.

Very easy to find. Ideal location to the beach, town and everywhere really. Says no parking but they sorted 2 of us spaces ( this was probably as we came out of season) We arrived early to make the most of the day and they were happy for us to park there and keep our bags safe, as soon as the rooms where cleaned we were told and aloud to access. We had 3 rooms all lovely, and everything you expect or want. Nice food and very much value for money! Amazing, lovely staff, polite, friendly, helpful. To be fair I have to give most of this credit to the one guy who was there the whole time the Vics Best (Welsh) bar man, but also the few other staff I met whilst there were just as nice and helpful.

The drunk man at 3am singing his heart and soul out in the street (obviously this was nothing to do with the property but was a late night chuckle) all jokes aside nothing we didn’t like

Had a lovely one night stay here and would def book again. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and a good selection of tea/coffee/biscuits! We liked the fact that you didn't have to go through the pub to access the rooms. We didn't have food this time but did have a drink in the evening and the pub had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Staff were happy to help if we needed anything (which we didn't ) and we liked the fact that we were left alone to enjoy our stay and could come and go as we liked!

The staff make the stay at the Victoria. From the moment we walked through the door they were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough. The room was a bit tired but it was pretty clean and comfortable. It was very hot that weekend but a fan was provided immediately on asking. The atmosphere of the pub in the evening was really lively and friendly with a great band which we really enjoyed. Our dog Elmo loved it too as he was fussed by staff and customers alike!

The shared bathroom really was in need of a makeover and was not as clean as we would have liked but this was the only downside.

Location excellent for the gown snd beach. The people were very friendly, and the service was excellent.

I found the bed very hard and uncomfortable but I dk have bzck, neck and joint problems. They are not currently doing breakfast but there were pkenty of lkaces on the High Street. One of the members of staff recommended a place to us, which we found, and it was very good. I need gluten free food but although there were vegan and vegetarian options on the menu, there was nothing at all marked g/f. I had a steak but I could not have a sauce with it because they were not g/f.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, big room with plenty of space. Any issues sorted quickly especially when I locked us out of our room. Good value for money, we had the big room with private shower. Loved our stay in Burnham

Everywhere was a little tired but this didn't really impact if anything makes me more comfortable

The exterior of this pub/diner is a bit old, but the room was lovely and comfortable. Food was available at night although I ate elsewhere. Karaoke stopped about 10pm which was fotunate🤣.

External bathroom, which I hadn't checked so it was my fault. But it was clean, close to.my room and available.

Noisy as it's a pub. Shower is dangerously hot and I couldn't work out which way to turn it down. Also it's a communal shower only one to share with the other guests. Otherwise we were happy. However it was as described so can't grumble.
