Absolutely beautiful location. The beds were incredibly comfortable, felt like sleeping on a cloud. bathroom was beautiful lovely and warm with the heat lamps. Heating in the lounge room was superb.

The water pressure in the bathroom was not enough far to weak, uncomfortable when having a shower particularly during winter. The little fridge would freeze our food therefore we had to throw out our food that we bought regularly. Cleaning could’ve been done a bit better. Had to ask for our room to be vacuumed. Not enough toilet rolls provided.

Everything you need here, including BBQ in a lovely sheltered area which the rooms fronted on to. Great location with everything walkable ( ps the river walk bridge is close to the property if you want to walk to M,R. Brewhouse or distilling company, take a torch at night)). Very helpful staff. We had a room with a garden view with a lovely balcony, the road was not far away but not too noisy.

Adamsons is perfectly located on the edge of the eponymous Margaret River, on Bussell Highway, an easy stroll to everything on the main drag through town. It's also walkable to the Giniversity for those who want to try some artisanal gin without anyone having to drive. Across the road is the wonderful Scarpetta restaurant and I was able to bring delicious leftovers back to the room and keep them in the fridge in the kitchenette. I've stayed here before and I will undoubtedly stay here again. On this occasion, my friend and I had a two-bedroom apartment-style room booked, with two queen beds and a single bed. Ideal for friends to share. There was also a spa bath in the bathroom.

There was a bench seat in a little courtyard/entry area outside our front door, which was broken and should be repaired or removed. Otherwise, it was all good!

Very central location. Affordable price for what you get. Lovely accommodation, very clean, neat, and tidy. Love the little kitchenette in the room (fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, utensils and pots/plates). The bed/mattress is not super comfy but the room is, and very lush garden just outside the windows/sliding door. Nice (undercover) courtyard just outside the room, very clean and spacious communal area. Out room faces the main road so can hear the road noises during the day but not bad during the night.

The mattress is not super comfy, but it's alright for a few nights stay.

We stayed in a room with a king bed and bunk beds which were slightly separated behind the wardrobe. It was a good sized room, far better than a traditional twin motel/hotel room. It had a small but decent kitchenette and a large deck area out the back. There were bbq facilities in a small courtyard and the front yard was lovely and well kept. It was in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a little dated but that was ok as it was clean. It was near the highway so a bit of traffic was heard.

Easy walk to town and morning bakery for breakfast and for a walk up the River on its back door step. Nice undercover courtyard for gathering when wet, and off street parking.

Located on the main road into town meant we had traffic noise throughout the night. A little tight on space for two as setup to fit four with bunks on one side. Couldn’t fill the bathroom sink with water as plug hole was designed not to close.

Lovely staff, clean room with daily service, BBQ available for guest use was clean and a lovely addition to our kitchen facilities. Cottage gardens were luscious. Convenient location for our needs. Cottage feel with loads of personality.

Just very minor things, a crack in the shower tiles, mattress a little worn and no dustpan/broom in our room. That being said - we were very happy with what we got for what we paid

Absolutely easy location and close to all the amenities in Margaret River! The staff were attentive, friendly, and communicated very well. They were so nice to give us a free upgrade as well which was very much appreciated :)

Not a whole lot, overall it was a great stay!

Good location close to town centre.

Signs of wear, tear and general age. Bathroom wasn’t particularly well appointed for the spa bath, and we ended up using our initial supply of towels mopping up water that had run over the top. The lack of a shower curtain caused a similar but smaller problem the next day. Also, there was no remote control for the air conditioning the one night that was humid

We had a clean well equipped family rooms at Adamsons which was close to shops, cafes and restaurants in Margaret River and an ideal base for exploring Margaret River and its environs.

Our verandah overlooked the car park of the settler village attraction next door and right next to the toilets there so the view was not good. First day we were woken early by the lorry emptying the dumpster in the car park. Next day we were entertained by the lavatory cleaners whist eating breakfast. I was expecting a garden view room as depicted in the advert!
