This was my second stay at Sofitel Victoria Warsaw, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first—if not better. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel genuinely welcome. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, creating an atmosphere of true hospitality. A very special thanks goes to Ewa, who was absolutely top-notch. Her attentiveness, warm personality, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations, making my stay truly memorable. It’s rare to find such consistent excellence, and that’s why I will gladly return and continue to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw.

The bar closed at 12. It would be nice to be given the opportunity to have a late drink on returning to the hotel after an evening out.

I confess I didn’t expect to feel like home. Everything has been beyond my expectations, that’s why I’d like to give a big thank to the whole team because they’ve been extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. I also want to mention the Kitchen Gallery where we could have found the amazing dishes, a variety of dishes daily and the staff working in that division was so attentive, remembering what’s your favorite dish. The cleaning part has been at the high level, being made daily and it was impossible not feeling at home. The lobby is so relaxing and has the comfy way of spending time there having near you the bar zone with so friendly bartenders and definitely the brasserie lounge. This is the feeling that can characterize our entire staying here. Don’t hesitate to come here. You’ll be satisfied with your choice.

The pool area is comfortable but a little bit larger needs to be.

This was our first trip to Warsaw, and our main priority was finding a great location and value for our money. I can confidently recommend this hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, polite, and helpful. We also loved the location; everything, from the old town to the main city, was within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the hotel itself has a fantastic bar and restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the sauna, swimming pool, and gym are great amenities to enjoy during your stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I wish they had the steam room too. There is nothing that i could think of that was not of our liking

This is a beautiful hotel - the indoor swimming pool was a very welcome addition. The hotel extremely clean & staff were excellent. The breakfast was one of the best in our 5 weeks of travelling.

Staff super professional and helpful, location is excellent, it's so convenient for all areas of Warsaw - it only takes 5 mins to walk to metro, and the beautiful old town and Nowy Swiat are a short walk. Breakfast buffet is fantastic.

I would like to see more, the usual 5 star frills - more luxurious bathroom, it would be nice to get something on arrival or something like chocolates with the evening service. Our minibar was locked throughout our stay.

We booked the Sofitel Warsaw (July 17th, 2025) to take my daughter to a nearby aquapark, and from the moment we arrived everything was outstanding. Since we arrived very early by train, we paid for an early check-in. When we got there, breakfast was still being served, and although it wasn’t included in our reservation, the receptionist kindly arranged it for us free of charge. It turned out to be one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve ever had in Europe: the quality and variety of the food were impeccable. Our room was super comfortable, the bed was glorious, and there’s also a designer swimming pool in the basement that is truly stunning. To top it all off, our train out of Warsaw was at 7 pm, so we needed a late check-out. The same receptionist allowed us to stay until 6 pm at no extra cost. The Sofitel Warsaw is definitely the hotel we want to return to every time we visit the city. Unforgettable experience and highly recommended.

That I could not stay longer!

One of the top hotels in Warsaw, if not the best one. Excellent rooms, divine breakfast, nice spa & gym, placed between the old and the new city. Pro & kind staff Excellent mattresses & pillows Everything detail is addressed, like high quality amenities, super fast elevators, superb room service. Congratulations!

Before some years, there was a small steam room in the spa but they exchanged it for adding a sauna. If they had also kept the steam room and forbid children in the spa it would have been perfect. We also missed the forest fruit tarts, cheesecakes etc that the hotel used to offer in its excellent breakfasts in the past at least during the summer!
