The staff was friendly and helpful. Although we did not have a window, it did not bother us at all, because the room's aircon worked well and the fan in the bathroom also helped to cool the room so we did not need aircon at night. It also helped that we had no noise from the street. The fridge with a small freezee compartment was very nice and we could drink ice cold cold drinks and beer. The room itself was spacious and clean. The lovely cleaning lady was always friendly and ready to attend to our requests. The young man in the rooftop garden did an excellent job with the breakfast food. Every morning something different for breakfast and there was more than enough. There was a variety of vegetables and fruit which was very much appreciated. The hotel is excellent value for money and I will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay right next to the Ben Than market as well.

It was a fantastic experience. The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of all the action with easy access to popular attractions, shopping, and dining. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming, always available to assist with any queries or requests.

Although the hotel does not have a gym, spa, or swimming pool, the absence of these facilities is not a major drawback. The hotel still provides a great value for money, especially for those who are looking for a budget-friendly option in the city center.

Great location, clean rooms and the staff's hospitality. When we had a problem with one of our rooms' bathroom door, the personnel came to fix the door immediately after we informed them about it. Was able to sleep soundly in the room.

When we went to have breakfast at the rooftop, it turned out that there was almost no food for us to take and we had to wait for a while for the staff to restock them.

Very convenient, right in District 1, next to Ben Thành Market. Walkable/short drive away from many places of interest. Hotel breakfast was quite nice and had different variety every day. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful especially the bellboys who were very proactive in helping us carry luggages and identify our grab rides. Thank you! :)

Rooms were very different from the pictures in the listing (smaller). The actual room itself is decent, so would recommend the photos to be more representative of the actual room. Slightly dusty and some furniture were a bit broken. But good thing was staff took note of them when we pointed out.

I haven't visited the hotel for a long time, before covid I often stay at the hotel to recuperate and relax with family and friends. The hotel has been renovated to look new and has a bit of nostalgia, although people have changed over time, everyone here is very friendly and lovely.

The hotel also offers car rental services, which made it easy for me to travel to nearby attractions. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel opposite Ben Thanh Market and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

Good all through and exceptional in terms of location

One single but major issue. The front desk NEVER answers phone calls. Regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day. We've tried many times as we spent about 10 days in Vietnam. Ditto for e-mails. No response.
