It is certainly boutique accommodation and the building is beautiful. It has a very warm feeling and is set up very well. It is secure and is unique in terms of the type of accommodation it provides in Dubbo.

The noise from the street was bad - especially in the mornings. The details of a late check in did not arrive from Booking.com and so when I got there I ahad to ring up. that said the lady on the phone was excellent and got me in. I got the emails for check-in the next day.

Room is big and clean. Nice breakfast provided. Doesn’t feel like you are sleeping in someone’s private house, and heaps nicer than a hotel

Very comfortable and rooms are a great size.

No business chair for desk and only other chair was not comfortable. No free to air TV or at least I couldn't locate it
