Good location on the main road, close to the centre of town and multiple take away locations. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a spa room and the spa was quite big and relaxing.

Oddly, no hand towels, we were given extra face washers instead. Not a big deal, just odd. It was quite a step up into the shower which could be tricky for older people or those with mobility issues.

The location was excellent. The lady at reception was very pleasant and very professional. She also served us in the restaurant and we had absolutely no complaints. The bathroom in our unit was in need of refurbishment but apart from that we had no complaints. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows.

The person in the unit next to us was a smoker and he sat between our unit and his and smoked which we found unpleasant.

Easy access to the CBD, shops and restaurants. The highway-front location was convenient, if a bit noisy and challenging to get into/out of during traffic times.

We couldn't tell when/if the restaurant on-site was open. It was cool and rainy so we didn't get to enjoy the pool

size and amenities of the room were good with plenty of room and good amenities in the bathroom and meal prep area. ie microwave and kettle and cupboards with having to get my own specific food items from the supermarket. Stairs to upstairs were a good large size with enough room to walk up with bags etc

disappointed that the restaurant was not open to be able to have a specific dietary requirement meal after travelling. Which was listed on the website as an option which I was looking forward to. Parking spaces were limited for the number of rooms there and very close to each other for parking too. But no problem while I was there though.

The receptionist was nice Rooms clean and beds comfortable Good location

Not enough plates,bowls, and spoons for 3 people No knives and folks at all. Lights were a bit dim

The staff were outstanding, Blake was exceptional and the meals in the restaurant outstanding

Lighting on the exterior when you arrive back to the motel in the dark

Location was convenient, easy parking & room was very clean. It also had everything you could need including a fridge and microwave. Staff were friendly too. We also had a great sleep.

Would like heater turned on prior to arrival, especially in the cold weather, but it was otherwise perfect for us

Breakfast was just right , very close walking distance where i had to be , food outlets nearby in walking distance , Great , friendly Aussie staff , Thank you .

The breakfast was great and the staff led by Blake were wonderfull all the way down to the housekeeper . We would go back in a heartbeat
