The staff was very friendly, accommodating and polite. Had peace and quiet in my room (was great with the spa to relax in) with lots of space, complimentary tea and biscuits plus extra blankets with also great working heater. Felt welcomed back warmly as have stayed here before, they make good customer relationship that make you want to stay again.

Not much to complain about at all.. I really like staying here. If I had to say anything.. . It would just be the fold out bed (lounge) was a little dirty, the tiles under it. The rest of the room was very clean so that is just only a small nit pick because i need to fill this section.

The staff were helpful without being intrusive. The room was already cool when we arrived in mid-afternoon and the facilities were more than adequate. The location was quiet but handy to all the amenities we wanted.

There was a small, rough join where the carpet met the kitchen area. This sharp edge could have harmed bare feet but we simply placed a slipper to mark the spot and had no problem. Otherwise, our room was faultless.

The room had everything plates, cups, cutlery, kettle, toaster, washing up liquid, sponge, tea, coffee, Milk and biscuits. The bathroom was well stocked. The bed was comfy. All this on a quiet street. Close to Town and at $139. For the night we were very happy.

The room was clean enough but could do without the strong smell of the cleaning products.

Friendly welcome. Fast check in. Parking at door. Everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay - crockery, cutlery, microwave, small frig ( but adequate for o’nt. Good, hot shower. Good heating, & extra soft blanket was appreciated. Helpful manager, when I was unable to operate the tv with Foxtel - a plus! ( many motels have discontinued it). Quiet position, close to centre of town.

Quiet and very clean. The positioning of well looked after pot plants around the units made it feel good. The service from the manager on duty was fantastic and the information she provided about local eateries was great!

Hot water pressure was very low and the internet connection was typical of regional Australia!

Had noisy guests in adjoining room but that isn’t something staff have control of. My only criticism would be that the wine and drinking glasses weren’t very clean., dishwashing liquid provided though so a quick clean and problem sorted

Motel in good location, staff were helpful upon arrival, and room was clean and tidy. The motel was convenient to town facilities, without having lots of traffic noise

TV flickered and occasiuonally remote did not work. Bed could have been a bit softer, and some noise from other guests further down

Relatively quiet location off main roads. Bed comfortable. Bathroom renovated.

Small and quite old. Door on bathroom kept coming off the slilder rung. Not very soundproof - easy to hear people sitting and talking outside. Felt expensive but all hotels in Dubbo are pricey.

size of room was good and the kitchenette was great to have along the dinnerware and cutlery which were a nice addition and appreciated. size of bathroom was good too with a good size shower and sink area. Nice quiet location.

a small lounge or lounge chair would have been nice to be able to sit comfortably and to relax in. As the dining chairs were small and the bed is not the same as a soft chair.

The room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Good location. Nice modern bathroom. A/C worked well. Well stocked with basic supplies - thanks.

Please maintain the pool in summer. It is currently unusable until cleaned. Or remove it from the website.
