When I realised that staff had forgotten to provide towels and let them know, they responded incredibly fast, after hours, to supply us with towels. Room was very clean and well laid out. Night time noise from other rooms was minimal.

I didn't like the parking. Very narrow parks and an annoying tight space to turn around in. I'm not sure how this could be remedied. It wouldn't stop me staying there again but it was definitely the least appreciated feature.

The Apartments are very well maintained. We needed an accommodation with kitchen facilities. This apartment was perfect. The kitchen was fully functional with all utensils/microwave provided. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. Bathroom had a telephone shower, had all the necessary stuff(Shower gel,soap cake,mirror etc) The Apartments have been renovated and everything inside the apartment was "spick and span". The staff was found to be extremely courteous and friendly. Trevor and Joe were extremely sweet! The location was good. We had a car so was easy to spin around the city of Dubbo/restaurants/shopping etc. I would book again for my next trip!

I would have appreciated: - A mirror in the apartment apart from the Bathroom. The apartment we stayed had only one mirror in the bathroom, so we had to work in queues to use the mirror. - A dedicated parking lot for the unit -A covered parking space would be great as it does get super hot in summers.

We loved the one bedroom apartment, it had everything in there. Just like home clean, neat and tidy. The apartment look like had been renovated. The staff were very nice. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Plenty extra blankets if gets cold too. Air conditioning in both rooms. BBQ & pool are great too! So close to Dubbo attractions and city and not far up the road was the shopping mall. Hospital right next door. Perfect location to stay. Very quiet too. Please note: Washing machine is outside in the hallway not in apartment. We will stay again!

Need a few extra days!

We were a family of 4 and we booked a 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor. The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very modern inside and having a full kitchen, washer and dryer was excellent. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the bedroom which had a queen bed and 2 single beds in it was very spacious. It had a walk in wardrobe so all luggage was stored away during our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation. The staff were also very helpful upon arrival and departure. We stayed just to visit the zoo which is a short drive. Would stay again.

The location was great very easy to get to. The double windows made the traffic noise non existent which was great as the property is between two busy roads and next to the hospital which has a helipad. The full size fridge and appliances provided were great. Toastie grill was great. Beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool.

My room had a bit of a funky smell, which I would say was the drains, This smell stayed the whole week we were there ( I just brought an air freshener lol). The shower floor was covered in white powder which washed off so it was probably just cleaning product and the sink had an long hair stuck on it and some fluff from a cloth but these were not really a problem. The rest of the unit was clean and comfortable. We were there for 5 nights and there was no spare garbage bag which was a bit odd in family units.

We drove from Broken Hill so didn't get into Dubbo until around 8pm. Check in was easy. I received a phone call earlier in the day to let me know that our key would be accessible in a lockbox. The instructions were easy to find and we had no trouble getting into our room.

Was only there over night and left in the morning, so I wasn't there long enough to comment. :)

The rooms were clean and very well equipped. Located in an excellent location, just a quick walk across the road to the hospital. Staff were very accommodating, flexible and patient with us as our plans changed.

There was no cleaning or rubbish removal, even though we stayed for a week.

Staff left airconditioning on for our late arrival so the room was cool. We appreciate that.

I didn't like having an upstairs room because I had to lug everything up but the room was nice so it was okay.

We were completely surprised at how big the apartment was. Kitchen, lounge room, bedroom, walk in robe and ensuite! Spotlessly clean, also love the coffee pod machine. The kitchen was really well appointed. The room was also heated when we arrived which was so lovely as the day was really cold.

Parking could be a little tight. The hot water in the shower was a little touchy and affected by water use outside of the shower (suddenly cold). There was no mirror in the unit outside of the bathroom, not helpful when getting dressed.
