Location good for our needs. Clean comfortable room. Clean ensuite, good shower.

Only negative point: no Gideon placed Bible in room. Many people find these very helpful.

Room 112 has been refurbished with excellent amenities and décor. It was located away from the busy highway and noise was not an issue. It was value for money and I would definitely recommend this accommodation highly. Motel is located reasonably close to CBD- walked into CBD along flat terrain approx 20mins. Outside appearance was clean and tidy. Building commensurate with construction age BUT INSIDE room was a welcome surprise.

The room was clean and tidy. The shower has a screen and the water was good and hot. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty tea and coffee supplies. We had our own milk as I do not like the sort that was provided. Thats my preference and I accept that. The Homestead Motel was easily located in Dubbo.

The only thing I can think of was the milk that was provided for our use. That is my preference and no one is responsible for that. I found the staff very polite and I am sure that it could have been retified if I wanted it.

The room was adequate for a couple, it was clean had facilities like a microwave and tea/coffee, so we were able to make our own breakfast. Good reception and internet service. Location was ideal and was able to park outside our room.

There was nothing I did not like, only thing was that the walls are thin, so you heard when other guests were starting up their vehicles to leave (especially workers staying there and leaving early hours of morning).

Very clean, modern, location good, next door to a bakery/coffee shop, 10 mins walk to plenty of food places. Good supply of bathroom products, overall a enjoyable stay for 3 nights.

The main street Motel sign needs replacing and hard to see at night, slight smell in bathroom but otherwise very clean.

Was really great and convenient being so close to shops , bathroom was clean and amazing having streaming services on the tv also heater worked very well during the time I was there.

The pillows and bed weren’t the best abit hard, blanket is pretty thin luckily the heater did the job but my real only personal complaint is the walls are pretty thin so can hear other guest in rooms and cars on the road.

Great location. Staff were friendly and room was clean. For a family of 5, there were not any many options in the area with the amount of beds we needed in a 2 bedroom accommodation so it was good value for money.

It was very dated which I guess it the same of many motels in the area. There weren't much in the way of facilities. One of our beds was sagging and uncomfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised with our room, even though I had requested a ground floor room, we were given an upstairs one and we were very happy with what we were given.It was a large room , 2 beds, plenty of room, kitchenette and large shower ensuite , this room appears to have been refurbished and was very comfortable. good parking and close to town and right next door to the Lingling Thai Restaurant which is very good.

for a 2 night stay we had no complaints at all

Love staying here, Staff are super kind and always accommodating and helpful. The rooms are clean and I always feel staff there when travelling for work. Pool is clean, nice way to wind down. Close to fast food outlets and bakery is next door and not far from Main Street. Great value for money

I would only say mattress toppers on beds would help make a better sleep as they are little hard

Great sized room, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery also in room which is a great idea when traveling. Excellent location with parking at your door which is so much better than some motels that don't have allocated parking spaces for rooms. We have stayed here multiple times and will stay again thank you.
