Good Location Bistro on site Walked a couple of blocks to restaurants, but every fast-food chain was almost right next door to the motel so that's worth noting. Beds were so comfortable, loved the great high-speed internet and up to date smart TV, also the complimentary bottles of water. A free laundry on the property was a great bonus, too. The shower was nice and hot. However, a lack of power points was a bit frustrating, and the whole place needs a good paint, scrub, and spruce up however really I'm not complaining, for the price was reasonable. It suited us for one night after a long drive, and we felt very comfortable there.

The beds were really comfy and the room was decked out with everything including plates and dishwashing things. Perfect for weary travellers arriving late and leaving early. Great value for money.

The shower was not clean! It had lots of black hairs and was all wet as if someone had just showered in there. Bit yucky! And the key was left in a little key box because we arrived at 5.40 and reception was closed but my phone had gone flat over our 10 our driving day so I didn’t see the text come through at 4pm (ish) with instructions. I nearly cried when I arrived and it was all locked up- thank goodness another traveller arrived soon after and was able to hand me my key too.

Overall stayed for 5 nights, and find the accomodation comfortable. No major issues faced during my stay. Facilities good, parking available. Staff were accommodative and help you out. Would stay again and recommend for others.

Few things needs to be improved. Refilling of bath gel and other stuff needs to be checked everyday as I was left with no bath gel. House keeping missed cleaning my room and one day. Complimentary bottled water only for day one and not for other days!!. If you are new guest, you get it but existing guest get punished. Told Area manager and hope he get this fixed. Cups and plates not getting cleaned and we have to do it. Parking bit challenge if you come bit late.

The host was very accommodating. Rooms were okay for 1 night stay. Complimentary bottles of sealed water was great! Location was great!

Definitely needed cleaner shower curtain. 1 room smelt like a mouse had died but got moved rooms quickly and very apologetic. Was looking forward to a hot breakfast and then got told we had to pay an extra $10 per person for that even though it was said in print that complementary breakfast was included. Also got told not to eat all the bread put out as that was all they had! Complementary breakfast was toast or cereal, tea, instant coffee, juice.

Great location, lots of take away shops close. Short drive to the town main street. Very friendly helpful staff. Love the big rooms and warm quiet aircon. Good hot shower. The room had a big TV which made my husband very happy.

I needed to do some laundry, but every time I went to check the washing machine it was still full with towels and other things with the front loader door locked. Really annoying when you realise you may have to wash underwear in the bathroom sink.

Very quiet for a motel on a main road. Lots of space. Bed was comfortable. Motel was well located for take aways, with a short walk or shorter drive to the centre of town.

Bathroom had a shower / spa bath in it, and it could use a screen to stop water splashing over the floor when showering. Also needs a hand rail there. Room showing a bit of wear and tear, but still quite reasonable.

The beds are very comfortable and the location is perfect for us as my daughter is working at the western plains Zoo we have stayed here over 10 times now sometimes 2weeks at a time it’s one of our favourites in Dubbo , the new management is improving the facilities all the time.

The car parking gets very busy at around 4 pm when the tradies all come back after working can be difficult to get a park inside so you may have to park on the street outside if arriving late . This is because it’s popular and always busy but rooms are very quiet .

Spa only bath shape and style not hot tub as advertised in photos but comfortable and functionable When taking shower, as no shower curtain, water ended up on floor and ran across bathroom, shower itself was good. DVD player provided but no HDM1 cord attachment to TV or available from reception Booked room for two nights but cleaners opened door early to clean after first night without knocking. Did not return to clean room or bathroom - unknown whether this is a provided service.

The room was very clean and tidy, with towels Rolled and on the bed. The bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I used my own pillow as I have issues with uncomfortable hotel pillows.

The only thing I would say was that I didn't like the Fridge. I was woken by the noise of the fridge coming on. I would say the fridges are years old and could do with being upgraded. I like to have ice available when I stay at Hotels and there was no Ice tray in the freezer compartment, only melted water.
