The room was clean and well presented. The room was exactly as described, and perfect for a family of 4. Staff were friendly and attentive, and even went the extra mile by ensuring that the heating was turned on just before we arrived in the evening!

Shower curtain was next to useless - water went everywhere no matter how careful you were. I appreciate that this room appeared to be accessible (not requested, but we don't mind!), but this actually created a risk for slips. Rooms could also do with a little more sound-proofing both from traffic noise and between rooms.

Reception staff were very friendly, room was spacious and modern bathroom. Pressure in shower was great. Microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle and toaster in room. Pool with bbq facilities located nearby. Walking distance to lots of takeaway restaurants. No major street noise in room 1. Off street parking, not allocated but plenty of spots. Can walk into town… it’s a 15min walk to the Cenotaph (we attended the ANZAC dawn service… a very moving and respectful tribute to our fallen and serving armed forces)

Room only had cups and saucers with teaspoons and no other cutlery or crockery which made microwave meals difficult to eat! Whirring noise from the plant and equipment area located behind our room. Had to close bathroom door to dull the noise, could still hear a hum.

Parking is not allocated. I would prefer if it was so I can keep an eye on my car and as I didn’t have to carry things as far especially at night in the rain Overall very clean but understandably there were some stains on pillow and couch from previous use

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The room was well appointed with a microwave toaster kettle. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were modern and very clean. A premium range of toiletries was available. The location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs and shops. Will definitely stay again if visiting Dubbo. Would highly recommend the Aberdeen to friends and family.

There were a few noisy guests staying at the same time as us. Luckily it was not for very long.

As we travelled with our family for just 1 night, we were lucky to receive upgrade to larger family room. This was a nice surprise. Location was close to centre of Dubbo and easy to walk to from the Hotel.

The Pool area did look a little in need of a clean up / maintenance. There was some vegetation in the bottom of the pool from the palm tree/s. This would become more of an issue during the summer period if not attended to frequently.

The room was spacious, well-designed, and clean. There was also plenty of room in the bathroom, and there were no leaks. The beds were super comfortable. We especially loved the espresso machine. It was close to food and fuel, which made it simple and easy to get back on the road in the morning. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Made checking in and out a breeze. Overall, it was great value for money. We will definitely be returning.

Very good value for money. The motel is very spacious and clean and has all the amenities you need, including microwave, kettle (+coffee/tea/cups), hair dryer etc. I also really appreciate the bottled water that you get which is very useful as a traveler. The free WiFi is also very good and I've had no issues. I've stayed here twice now and each time has been great.

There is a door adjoining to the next room. It's okay, as it's locked on both sides, but as a solo traveler can be a little concerning. But I've had no issues each time I've stayed and the staff assured me that there are two doors (one for each adjoining room) which are each locked. I guess it is designed this way so that the rooms can connect for larger families that stay here.

This is probably the best motel I used in Australia in recent times. The room was very clean, it had all the bathroom amenities we needed, and they were refreshed, the location is an easy walk to the river or Macquarie Street, and the wifi works well. It exceeds my expectations for accommodation in this category. There are plenty out there that charge more and deliver less.

Spacious and clean room, all amenities (e.g. kettle, microwave, tea/coffee, TV, hair dryer). Free water and milk which is a bonus. I've stayed here 4 times now in the last 5 months. This place exceeds expectations. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The free wifi is already very good and reliable. The reception staff/owners are friendly and the free bottled water is a bonus - it is very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and town. Haven't used the pool but I'm sure it'll be nice
