I expected something very basic for the price, was very impressed with the amount of space in the room. Beds were very comfy, everything clean, spacious bathroom facilities. Had a microwave, mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee. Conveniently located, minutes walk to servo and take away, short drive to shopping centre and main streets of Dubbo. Included pool access.

Pool isn't heated (not a real issue, just an FYI). Has steps to enter but is quite deep no shallow end, not suitable for all children. Breakfast was available to order but very overpriced; recommend to bring your own stuff.

Reasonably central in Dubbo but need a car to get anywhere. We booked a ground-room floor (with car outside), this was confirmed, but on arrival we were allocated upstairs room. After negotiation, Manageress shuffled and we had a downstairs room (we did arrive early, so this could be accommodated. Thank you. Our room was spacious, neat and tidy. We parked the car at the door, safe off-street. There is a Restaurant on the premises, but we opted to go into the town for dinner. Yes, recommended for a stay.

The staff at the motel were more than friendly, they were authentically caring and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable and suited our needs. Everything worked! Which is always a bonus to have functioning TV and AC. Overall, it was a good base for our stay in Dubbo.

If I had to be picky, the one thing I didn’t like was the position of the reading lights above the bedhead. But that’s all.

Car spaces were a little small and the room, whilst generally clean, could do with an overall deep clean. The hot water took a while to come in and had to be on all the way to work, but the water pressure was great.

Lots of space in room, had the king room with extra bedroom . Was not far from main shopping area and close to the zoo .. was quiet during the night for sleeping ..

I thought it was going to have a kitchenette. It did supply plates cutlery,toaster jug microwave,but nowhere to prepare food or washing up equipment, asked for some dishwashing liquid which was happily supplied Only washing up area was in the bathroom sink felt a bit unhygienic. Room could do with a bit of a make over ,one of the bedside lamps did not work

I particularly liked the welcome we received on arrival and the friendly staff we met The room was large and comfortable. The proximity to the various parts of Dubbo made it easy to visit the places we needed to attend.

We had no dislikes.

Friendly staff, calm environment, all you can eat buffet on site, clean rooms and the selection of programs on the tv were a bonus!

Only issue is phone reception/internet use was not great and could not connect to wifi. No problems other than than that!

Location was good for me as it was close to where I needed to be.

Some of the other people staying at the motel were quite noisy, but that is not the motel’s fault. Bed was really soft and squishy, but the room was nice.
