I really liked the location and the lift for ease of getting luggage and work stuff to room. Having the bistro down stairs was a bonus didn't have to worry about going elsewhere to eat.

The room was dated but that is OK, however the carpet was extremely worn and the curtains were dirty. I did not feel comfortable having to park in the back unsecured carpark and walk up the side street to the front of the of the premises to enter, very uncomfortable when a lot of people hanging around.

There was no breakfast offered or expected. Only bad Thing for me was that the air conditioning is set to turn off After half hour. So in the morning you end up freezing. Other than that the reception lady who was also the barmaid was very helpful for you Resturant had not been open that night so she directed me down the street for a meal.

As I have said Airconditioning timing out and shutting down after half an hour is not good and that everything was expected was good

The room was very comfortable although the shower head was not the best it wasn't working properly so it didn't make for a very good shower

The shower in room 309 was broken not working properly but all in all the room was very good very clean and the bed was very comfortable

We had the king room, was great but needs a bigger fridge , also the sink plumbing is blocked

On .IIt was a little dirty not helped by workers treading mud through. The metal hand rail on stairwell was really dirty. There was no bathmat in bathroom, there was no shower screen so water sprayed out and had to use bath towel to mop up water the little bench obove sink is an accident waiting to crack your head on, its a great size and you do need it to put toiletries on. Moving it to the right would be great.

Terrible terrible pillows! And there are no hooks to hang anything on in the bedroom, that would be handy.

Have stayed here before so came back again With my recovery from a broken ankle the lift was a blessing. In the heart of town. Good parking

Unfortunately there was a couple of very basic problems. 2 lights not working. Shower rose broken. A loaf of very stale bread in the cupboard.

Lift was out of action however the stairs were managable. Location of facility was in the middle of town and the meal deal on Wednesday night was fabulous.

Lifts not working and I would be wary of booking on weekends as they have a nightclub one floor below.

The staff were all great. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I was disabled and couldn't carry luggage and had to go up 3 flights of stairs cause of no lift. But the staff all teamed up with my friend and carried everything for me up the stairs allowing me to take my time. A good stay and I will be back next time I pass through yr town.
