The location having space for my family especially with my boys having disabilities and special needs

The location and all the facilities they have for the kids and animals not that we took animals it was good to see they advocate for all needs can't wait to stay again wish it was a little more affordable for our budget but loved the cabin we wished we could have afforded a longer stay and got use the facilities as sadly the rain wasn't going to stop but still had a great time The only down fall was the pillows and bed were a little to hard so didn't sleep so good Maybe need to take our pillowe next time but over all we loved it😊

great location, cabins were very clean, living area in cabins was excellent,fans in all rooms were great. play area for the kids was very good.plenty of room for kids to ride bikes/ scooters safely

the outdoor kitchen needed cleaning badly. the floor needed to be cleaned and it smelt. the big balloon for the kids was broken. manager came around at 10 pm on Friday night and told us to pack it up as he had several complaints. the rooms could do with a little more storage for clothes, which would impact on the amount of room available

The location was great. The cabin in general was nice, the bed was super comfortable. The full size fridge was an unexpected bonus. The heater kept the cabin warm. Nice hot water to relax tired achy muscles

Didn't like the tv being on the shelf, would be better wall mounted or a slimmer shelf. The crockery cabinet being so high, was a struggle. Also needs power points by the bed. Shower curtains are so annoying! I thought the cabin had an oven, it didn't, so meals meant using the microwave.

Location - close proximity to everything. Check in - was super fast & easy!

We had a cabin with no sofa. We were there for a rugby tournament and after a long day out at the oval, there was no where to sit and relax or to debrief on the day back at the cabin. Lucky it was just 3 of us, so just made do by taking 1 of the mattresses off the bunk beds and putting it on the floor. Early days & late coming back, no time to complain about a sofa, you just wanna relax. Other than that. All was good.

Perfect place for a couple of nights while passing through, nice and close to everything, especially Dubbo Zoo , cabin was older style but still very clean and well presented, had everything we needed, was supplied with soap , shampoo and conditioners , towels, bedding etc . Hot water was great , Plenty of cutlery and plates , cups etc , great supply of tea and coffee, and even a couple of hot chocolates, kids were very impressed haha, double bedding was comfortable with nice clean linen. Bunks were perfect for kids , Heating worked perfectly as was very cold in mornings . Was very happy to have stayed here .

Door lock was a bit tricky with key , but worked it out ok.

We loved how close it was to all the activities. Everything was within a few minutes drive. Loved the playground and jumping pillow. The room size was huge and better than expected. Enough room for us and our 3 kids.

The pots and pan sizes were very small for a family to cook a meal large enough for us all to eat. So that was a bit annoying. So dinner took three times as long to cook as I had to use three different pans to make one family sized serve of spaghetti. I think one large pot and large pan should come standard in all the rooms.

It was a central location to Dubbo town, the room was very clean. It had a great play equipment area for the kids along with the big jumping pillow which the kids loved.

The room was very tight, very ‘budget’, no lounge and only a small chair and wobbly square table and chairs. Unfortunately the shower was fiddly with water temperature, shower head itself couldn’t move to accomodate a tall person and a very tight fit.

We always love staying here on our way to qld we wrnt in the pool last night was super warm was much needed after driving from Adelaide:) beds are always comfy as always we get a great sleep even with 34 school kids there on camp we couldn't hear them 😀 them walls are sound proof look forward to seeing yous again super soon staff are always friendly we were playing on the park when the staff come to lock it up they were very patience with my 4 year old that didn't understand it was closing

Staff were amazing, rang ahead to say we were ahead of time after driving from Gold coast on a 40 degree day with no aircon, let us check in early with no extra cost, aircon was on it the room and a jug of cold water in the fridge as well as a lovely note. Cabin was beautiful, nice furniture and super comfy beds. Only downside was that it was an overnighter so didn't get to experience the facilities but everything looked good.

That we didn't stay longer! Will be back though.

They were very helpful and pleasant to talk with as I had to ring to let her know I wouldn’t be there till late

Only one thing was that the shower head leaked, and when I turned the hot water tap on nothing came out , I then turned it until wouldn’t turn any more , I started to curse , but then I turn the shower header head to side a bit and all of a sudden it worked , that’s the only thing I felt needed to be told so I left a note
