They have a staff member on-site 24/7 which I think is a huge bonus Rooms were clean, well appointed, with parking spot outside your door and a great price We are coming up more often now to visit my father in law and will definitely stay there on our next trip

This is the second time we have stayed here. The staff are wonderful and very accomadating to our needs. the rooms come with cuttlery, plates bowls etc.. Biscuits, Maconna coffee, cooked breakfast option served in your room, comfy beds. Plenty of onsite parking as well as onstreet parking out the front for larger vehicle (we travel with large bus). Close to Club Dubbo for dinner, Maccas and hotel short walk. Everything we need for short stay.

I found Wifi a little slow at times.

Receptionist was friendly & checked us in efficiently. Our room had a queen sized bed and a single bed. Beds were comfortable. Room was nice & dark at night. Shower, fridge & tea/coffee making facilities were good. Air con worked well. We enjoyed a swim in the hotel pool which had clean clear water. This motel is within easy walking distance of the Dubbo Club where we enjoyed a good dinner. For those inclined, it is also within easy walking distance of a McDonalds.

I loved the long workspace as I could have the coffee maker & toaster out on one side and do work on the opposite side. I liked having the larger TV as some motels with small TV's, I find it hard to read the numbers, etc. from the bed. I actually booked here because of the larger TV.

The water pressure was way too low. That is the main reason I didn't give excellent for everything. Even though I liked the long workspace, I wasn't able to watch TV while working on my computer. I would prefer a table to eat at and/or work on, where you can watch TV.

location is perfect, club almost next door, a walking path to the zoo nearby, close to the golf course, only a few minutes to a small shopping centre. room was clean, spacious, with a large jug for tea and coffee. real milk,

The location was perfect for us, near both the Zoo and observatory. Understanding and friendly staff.

while outside the control of the business, there was some traffic noise after 5am.

It's close proximity to the town and ease at exiting to continue the trip.

We only stayed overnight, so there was insufficient time to make any assessment about this point.

Noise from the highway but that was expected as you are located on the highway which is why we chose to stay there

The room was clean and comfortable, the perfect location for our travel needs, and. The amenities were great. The bed and pillows were comfortable, with easy access from the room to the car. Highly recommend it if you're passing through and must stop for a night.

Smokers can smoke in front of rooms.

Motel is situated right next to club Dubbo and it is a very good club for food and great view. No views at motel but very comfortable.
