Breakfast was great and included bacon, eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy, and pancakes. Pleasantly surprised with Holiday Inn IHG. Will certainlty look for these in the future. Very clean, very comfortable, very quiet... could not ask for more.

TV could have been better, picture did not appear as clear as expected. Room was great, bathroom was great, shower was great, amenities (Dove) was great, People were great - everyone I dealt with was exceptional and happy to be there and assist with our requests.

For a 2-star hotel, the room was very large with practical placement of most things. We appreciated the many towel racks in the bathroom, the very responsive thermostat, and the surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast room was pleasant with a good variety of options. It suited what we needed for one night on our way home from a driving-trip vacation although I did think it a little expensive.

It seemed a bit pricey for its very unglamorous location and basic amenities.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help. They accommodated our online request for a 1st floor suite. There is a TV in the living room area as well as in tbe bedroom. Bathroom has dove products. Breakfast was nice and filling. Didn't get to use the pool but the area looked clean. We used to stay at another hotel but when service and cleanliness went down there....we now stay here for each trip.

The smell in the hallway OMG smells amazing I asked the cleaning person what's the name of the air freshener such a refreshing smell. staff was amazing breakfast was great too

The window shades are awful PLEASE replaced with blackout curtains 😕 I wanted to rest but I couldn't once the sun came up it was over for me no rest that's my only complaint

The rear parking lot being open to what might have been a hotel at one time seems to be a really sketchy place. All kinds of people just sitting around outside, property looked a mess. Possible for break in etc... Consider fencing in the back access to the other establishment.

How can you not love being here! The location is close to the highway, and restaurants, even with a full hotel the staff are helpful, friendly, and the hotel is so welcoming. You feel like the only people there!!

Very clean, spacious room and exceptionally friendly staff. Location right off the Ohio turnpike.

If I had to have a complaint it would be that the towel holder outside the shower was falling off…and if that’s it it’s minor!!

The hotel was really clean. The room was well thought out and beds were spacious and comfortable. The real thing that set it apart was how nice everyone was! The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Facilities are clean, room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Easy off & on interstate. Staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful.

Surrounding area was a little depressing.

I know weed is legal now but found it troubling that gentleman guest were outside smoking it while staring at young women going into the gym next door...creepy
