This was my second stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, did not stay too long before, and this time as well because I was on a road trip. The hotel is on a hill, quiet, residential area. A bit far away from center, but I have a car. Room was clean, large enough for me and for my son, bathroom is excellent. Overall, I like this hotel and definitely would stay there again. Free parking was easy, lots of available spots around hotel, and moreover hotel has a gated parking area for customers.

Although it is a 5-star, it does not have all 5-star hotel facilities. But it did not matter for me, I just needed a quiet room to sleep over.

The staff at the reception has been so kind and attentive. We were travelling by car and due to heavy traffic and border crossing, we arrived at the hotel very late, long after midnight. But they were waiting for us and we could feel the real hospitality.

The location was a bit far from what we expected. The hotel is on a hilltop, but apparently it's a good neighnourhood, so it's not a big problem.

Very clean well appointed hotel. Friendly staff, easy parking. Great little shop opposite with great coffee. Sells everything you can imagine. I use this hotel every time I am in Sofia. Also easy to find by car. Perhaps less convenient for Sofia city centre but perfect for me.

I tried the new restaurant menu which seems to be Georgian food. I wasn't that impressed with the food I tried. Other than that, cannot find fault

Location and views over Sofia. Good restaurants near by. Easy to find on the edge of Sofia. I use it all the time when I visit Sofia. Good parking as well.

Their coffee could be better. The small shop opposite does better coffee. Everything else is spot on

We absolutely loved the hotel, special thanks and appreciation to the man of the reception staff, amazing. The room was very nice, the bathroom very pleasant, the hotel is cozy but it feels good, very clean and we would come again. Maybe the only thing which stops me from giving them 10 out of 10 is the restaurant. The restaurant was pricey. Delicious but a bit on the steep side in terms of price. Despite that, we would visit again, we were happy.

Good location in Boyana. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to Vitosha mountain and the small shops/restaurants of Boyana. Easy taxi to the centre. Cooler close to the mountain in the heat of summer!

No problems really, maybe a few more choices at breakfast would be good. And no laundry service available.

We loved everything about this property - location, staff, room, on site restaurant, vicinity to Vitosha hikes and cafes in downtown. Breakfast was included in our rate, it was a variety of choices, we tried most of them and they were pretty good. Room service was excellent. This hotel is very close to Sofia, but away from hustle and noice.

The only thing I did not like was the use of strong deodorant on carpets but after we mentioned it, they stopped using it on our floor. Thank you!

Top location, the hotel is located in Boyana, one of the best district in Sofia. The room has amazing view to the city, the location is very quiet, but in the same time is only 10 min drive to Sofia. In your spare time you can have nice walk to "Vitosha park". The room is very comfortable and the equipment is a very good standard.

Best location for going to vitosha places of attraction as well as to Sofia town center and airport. Excellent service from employees there. Many things to do see and walk around the neighborhood which has very good restaurants. Very good breakfast I suggest to include it in your stay from the start. Very good rooms. Cozy and clean.
