Great location, close to sights and many restaurants. The fact that there is parking on site, which is at a premium in this town. Little kitchen that is laid out well, and has most of what one needs to prepare your own food. Enought space to pack away stuff, and table to work at.

Nothing really, although it is useful to be prepared that the room is not big; as indicated by the price.

Security guard at the car park for the main reception was quite rude on check out. I drove in and parked to return my keys having been at the other property. Walked in checked out, only to return to her at my car telling me she is going to clamp my car. I said I’m a guest, I was checking out. Car park was empty, told me she didn’t want me parking where I was and lucky my car isn’t clamped. The stay itself & staff of the hotel were fantastic That encounter and the way she spoke to me without asking who I am was disappointing.

The area in which the apartment is located is honestly amazing, as it is closer to most areas of interest/convenience: the mall, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself oozes elegance and value for one's money. The staff was amazing as well, from the receptionists to the lady from housekeeping.

The staff at the hotel and apartments were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were especially pleased with they way they followed-up after we left an expensive laptop charger in the room. They called us and indicated their procedure for lost and found property.

The photographs on the website made the room appear much bigger than what it was.

The collection and dropping off of the keys at the hotel is a pain and was not made clear until after I had booked. The hotel is nearby but if you don’t have a vehicle it can be hard to navigate with large bags. I can see the need to do initial paperwork etc at check in but a key drop onsite on departure makes more sense.

Great location close to shops, restaurants, and the University. Felt safe and tucked away from the main road. No noise from neighbors.

The second bedroom had a Dutch door to the outside and the locks did not feel very safe. We were happy there was on-site security over night. Collecting/dropping off keys at a separate location was not ideal as we arrived in the dark with lots of luggage. However, instructions were clear and it was a fast process.

Great location for exploring Stellenbosch! First time staying in an apartment with a couple of friends, the apartment set up worked perfectly for us - having a living area to socialise was great. Felt safe and secure at all times due to there being a security guard there at night. Was nicely decorated, with comfortable beds.

Central and safe location. Security on site as well. Room was clean, hot water, stocked kitchen, great wifi. Everything you could need!

Paper thin walls. But residents seemed to stay quiet during night time hours for the most part.

Beautifull 1928's house with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The security guard(Eugene) was very friendly and helped us load our luggage when we left early in the morning.

The parking area has loose gravel and bricks and it is very tight to go down the little driveway and park your car.

Excellent, central location within walking distance to university, restaurants, shops and bars. Off street parking and secure with locked gate and night security guard.

The security guard woke us at 7am on our departure day (we had not asked for this) and seemed to be expecting us to pay him.
