Staff is very friendly and helpful. Premises are always clean, no noises or disturbances while on premises. This hotel offers a packed breakfast to go if you are leaving earlier than the breakfast start schedule, for example if you are going to an early tour or all day event. They pack the breakfast for everyone in your room to take with them. The breakfast is included and there are a few good choices, fresh fruit and juice. The coffee however could be a bit stronger, it’s too watered down. Overall, a great experience staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

The coffee could be a bit better and stronger, other than the food that is sold in the hotel is fairly good. Suggestion for hotel: having a scale available for the guests to be able to weigh their luggage would be helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It is conveniently located near many malls and close to various attractions, making it an excellent choice for travelers. The breakfast was fantastic, and the food in general was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They cleaned our room daily as soon as we left and were very helpful in arranging transportation and booking trips. I highly recommend this place for its great price, convenient location, and overall comfort. I would definitely stay here again!

Friendly personnel. The breakfast was nice, there was a little of everything, fruits, cheeses & cold cuts, eggs(boiled & scrambled), "calentado", breads(arepa & chocolo too), pastries, sometimes there was soup. The breakfast personnel were very nice, especially Mr. Elki, he was very attentive and quick. Our room was kept clean. Good value for our money, great location. There are 2 malls in walking distance.

Unfortunately I forgot to request a quiet room, so we got a room facing "Avenida Poblado", which a very busy avenue, there was a lot of traffic noises, ambulance sirens, but on the weekends it was worse. There were party buses (Chiva paranda) driving past the hotel with loud music and loud partiers. Unfortunately the hotel was full, so a room change was not possible.

The restaurant on the sixth floor: beautiful view, very helpful and pleasant wait staff, good selection for breakfast. It was nice to be able to sit inside or outside. There is a large mall just around the corner - a five minute walk. I ate two dinners in the restaurant also - and they were good! My bed was a little bit hard. Could have used a mattress-topper.

amazing traditional breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and amazing view at the mountains aroung Medellin. The location for my purpose was absolutely fantastic and it is right next to the shopping centre with cafes and food. Room was nice and clean and spacious

the internet connection was really lacking and that is something to improve, but overal great experience

Location is good, just 300 mtrs from premium plaza mall. Everything you need is inside the mall. Also location is near the central business area. Rooms are basic but decent with comfortable beds. Breakfast is sufficient with atleast 2 hot vegetarian items. Staff helped me send a local courier. They even provided a box for packing. Value for money hotel

Hotel located on a busy traffic junction.. rooms facing the street can be noisy. I had requested for an inside silent room and thankfully got it. Apart from the nearby mall, it didn't appear to be a tourist friendly area. Most staff don't speak English. Thankfully i had Google translate.

Everything was wonderful but particularly the staff. The attention and customer service was second to none! Dina was from start to finish more than welcome:” La calidez y la atención excelente” Definitivamente me hospedaré nuevamente allí. Lo recomiendo altamente !!

Breakfast was okay, Location too. Room was clean and our house keeper Erika, was great too. Very nice lady. Overall the staff was great, great service, very kind.

I think they can add or change the breakfast every other day. There is not enough option. Eating Rise and/or Eggs everyday is monotonous. Their is fruit option too. But I've missed an omelet.

Everything, from location of the hotel to the accomodation, it was neat and clean. The buffet for breakfast was veey good, with many options to choose from!. We required parking, so it was granted from day 1. Overall it was a very nice stay.
