The room was very spacious and clean

Service at the restaurant for breakfast was deficient they couldn’t give me an omelette because they had “full occupancy” so only scrambled eggs… Wet areas were not available so no pool or jacuzzi

This was my 3rd year staying at this hotel when visiting Medellin and my stay is always a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The staff goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Very friendly especially the kitchen staff. The breakfast buffet has so many options available. I will always be staying at this hotel whenever I visit Medellin

The all you can eat breakfast buffet is incredible. So many menu options to choose plus a chef is available ready to cook an omelet according to your preferences. The staff is amazing and very responsive to your needs. I will be staying here every time I visit Medellín

Loved the ambience and cleanliness of the hotel

We were charged 80euro for a bottle of red wine and when we challenged it and disputed the price they played lip service with us but never resolved it, as a result we didn't eat in their restaurant again

Hotel is located in a fantastic location. Close to the mall and a lot of stores/stalls where you can shop just about anything you would need in your day to day living. The hotel can organize to pick you up and drop you off at the airport. It's much cheaper (100,000 pesos) compared to (205,000 pesos) for the others. Staff is very friendly and responsive even though I don't speak a word of Spanish. A few of the staff speak English so communication isn't totally non existent. Breakfast buffet has so many food options you are bound to find something you like.

I would have to be nit picky to find something I didn't like. They are just minor inconvenience and nothing that made me regret my stay at the hotel

The breakfast was very great.

They should have told us that the snacks and sweets provided after the check-in day were not complementary. At check-out we had a bill to pay of nearly 300.000 COP (approx. 80 USD) just for some snacks during 4 days.

The room and place was clean. The location is also good. Breakfast was good, The area was also good, Friendly staff

I didnot like the showerhead

Breakfast was good,and the location very nice. For i am keen on plants and with all these plants it makes you feel good,peacefully.

The internet was a bit slow. But there was something I did not like and still not understand. When we came in, I have been charged an amount for our stay. I've swiped my card. But four hours later when I was already in my room there was 29 dollers charged again from my card without any notice,and without knowing the reason.I,ve had already paid and handdle everything with the cashier at the frontdesk when coming in. If so, at the very moment the cashier had to tell me ,and give me the reason of an addishional 29 dollars.

I liked the location. I liked Booking.com upgraded my room. I liked the friendly staff and I liked the breakfast

Too much chlorine in the water coming from the faucets. Totally dried my skin out. No screen on the window, I got mosquito bites at night

The breakfast was excellent, the staff attentive and helpful, the location central to everything and the room was very spacious.

The pullout bed was very uncomfortable
