We (european backpacker couple) spent four night in the hotel. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. There was hot shower and seat on the toilet. Towels and blanket were included. Fan worked well. Area surrounded by several supermarkets, restaurants and clubs.

The door in the toilet didn’t work well and I got locked for around 1 hour until they could manage to open it. Receptionist don’t seem very happy and friendly but they did their work well.

such good value for money you literally cannot beat it. hot shower and the option to have the room cleaned every morning. lovely staff we got to check in 3 hours early. location is fab right next to big super market metro station and lots of bars around. wifi is brilliant.

lack of ventilation meant the bathroom was constantly wet. bathroom also didn’t have a place to put toiletries meaning we had to balance our things on the toilet. our window opened up onto the corridor and fabric in curtains was very thin this meant we didn’t feel comfortable opening the window and any light from the corridor would stream in. with that being said I’d stay here again in a heart beat

clean room, hot water, good pressure, towel, soap! they can clean your room if you want. the room is small, but it's ok. for the price that I paid for 4 nights, in a good area, close to a lots of things, they deserve this note!

Location is great. Near la 70 but away from the noise. 10 mins walk from Stadio Metro Station. The restaurant next to it makes a great “calentao” for breakfast! The bed was comfy.

This is place is exactly what you would expect from a $15usd a night. It’s a cheap but clean place.

My room this time was excellent. Plus I always like the area here.

The bed was more comfortable this time but not quite comfortable enough but it was pretty good

Only a block away from here my cell phone was stolen from me and that is the worst

Great value for a private room with a safe and walkable location near the metro, supermarkets, street food along with the more upscale stuff in Laureles. I didn't see anything there that concerned me about safety or weird clientele which can be concern with budget places. Well ran place.

Can't beat the double occupancy price anywhere. The rooms had air conditioner. They couldn't find the remote to our TV so we did not get any TV. Water was hot. Bathroom was clean. You get what you pay for.
