the hotel is very nice when you walk in. this hotel got everything you need.the staff who check me in was great.cant remember her name. i got a bad memory.. she was very professonal and went above and beyond to make me feel at home here. she gave me a big beautiful room to rest in.being that im going thru repairs for my truck,she made me laught when she was checking me in. nice job....

again this is a problem for every hotel i check in. when you need to wash. there is no change you can get for the wash. to wash,you have to have 3 to 4 dollar worth of change on you. you hotel people need to get with the program. you need to get a change machine like the truckstop have. or you need to put the credit card thing on the washing machines. everything is credit card anyways....

Modern, clean. Free parking. Proximity to shops and restaurants. Not too far from the BNA airport.

The breakfast was served without too much care. One-time cups for coffee or juice. No milk for coffee. Porridge of a consistency of concrete. Had better experience in cheaper hotels. This ruins the experience.

I didn’t like that my booking was altered at front desk got all type of different price hold’s charged on my card coming through at 2:06am while I’m sleep and another one right at 10am just before check out room also became more than what the rate was on the booking site with taxes & fees and nobody had and answer just making up reasons and saying that it will go back on my card when In actually I should just be paying that price online you do better off paying on the booking site verses at the property because all they can say is wait to see if your card is credited and if not give the manager a call back after I had to be moved to different room after shower water pressure was extremely low and no heat in room 530 moved to 238 and it was way better‼️

Clean and nice design, with a continental breakfast and a restaurant. Nice lobby with good spaces inside and out, convenient location for shopping and eating and...car repair! Nice window treatments!

Slippery shower and no grab bars, even though it was a handicap room.

Basically brand new hotel. Very clean, very fresh. Rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. Grab N' Go breakfast was good for a light bite in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Daily room service seemed nonexistent. We were there for three nights and the beds were not made once unfortunately, that was my largest complaint with this particular hotel. I just wish that the beds were made and towels were replaced. Only other issue was breakfast ran from 6-10 but they were not very dilligent about restocking.

It was located right in the middle of everything, restaurants, shops and right off the highway.Easy access on and off.

The breakfast buffet, was less then mediocre? But what do you expect for free buffet ? I guess.

This is a beautiful new hotel with spacious rooms that are clean, have comfortable beds and pillows, all amenities that you would need while away from home. We were there for a conference that was 15 minutes away and there were many options to get dinner ( Nobu is excellent and right next door). When we stayed it was quiet, comfortable and we met lots of great people. Plenty of parking which is appreciated.

The grab and go breakfast could be a little hardier. Maybe biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon fruit.

$14 per person per day for breakfast is excessive. Could have gone to other hotels with free breakfast, Waffle House had cheaper breakfast.

It was very clean and modern, and the staff was very friendly and helpful

We had a problem in each of the 2 rooms we booked, but the staff was engaged easily and rectified the problems quickly

I didn't like when the staff questioned me about paying for breakfast. I showed her where it stated it right on my email from you. Yet, she made me contact you and you had to contact them.
