When it comes to people and friendliness this was one of the most pleasant and welcoming hotels I've stayed. The room was perfectly fine for the category and the price. Bathroom has exceeded my expectations and it was one of the most stylish bathrooms I've seen in a while. Parking was ample and easy to maneuver.

Parking feels unprotected and unmarked (the side next to the hotel) and it might not be as "elegant" to get from the parking lot over to the hotel entrance. This is a minor detail.

I mistakenly booked a single bed and don't have an idea how it happened because I have never booked for a single bed. Then my brother came to me so we could go out for dinner and I was told he can only stay for 10 minutes because they don't allow someone else in the single room a part from the person that booked, And that has never happened to me. A long the line after little argument the Ower promised to refund me for the rest night and I only paid for a night, I really recommend him for that because on the booking policy my booking was non refundable. ( A good person regardless).

Perfect place to stay in Padova !! I stayed by Giovanni hotel during the congress. Dear hotel Giovanni staff, thank you very much for the job your are doing with soul and love to your visitors. On my last day of stay all the taxied were busy and the nice lady-receptionist drove me to the railway station. But I forgot my phone and …. she noticed it after she came back to the hotel and went !!again!!to the railway station back to find me ❤️❤️❤️ I am sorry that I took soooo much of your time that morning and it was too stressed, but It really made me love Italian people. Thank you for doing your job with while you heart and soul. Also, if you need clean rooms and tasty breakfast- this hotel is a right place. Food: coffees prepared according to your order, hot and fresh. If you wish - scrambled eggs, buffets with cheeses and fresh bakeries. Hotel also cooks cakes and Italian specialities themself. I had fresh fruit salad every day. They offer smth like 5-7 type of different sweet bakeries/croissants and tasty home made cakes every day. Rooms: very clean rooms with perfectly ironed bedsheets, fresh towels. I had a quit room with a view to a street with a lot of trees. Nice sunsets every evening. Reception: they speak English and are always very friendly.

The hotel locates in periferia of Padova but in walking distance from central railway station - 20-25 min. The room and bathroom had all basic amentities. The room was calm. The breakfast was basic. The staff was helpful.

No safe in the room, no individual regulation of AC, slow internet. No comfortable connection with city center.

Room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and overall the noise levels were low so I had good nights sleep.

Location not in the nicest pet of Padua. The room was not equipped with the mirror, the wardrobe a bit small.

No charges for a dog, free parking,, located at the edge of the city, close to the highway. Decent breakfast, bit not over impressive. Should you need a stay for a night travelling with a pet - perfect fit.

Breakfast was excellent, room was very clean, pillows were excellent. Room was very well air conditioned which is very important for the very hot summer days. Bathroom was wide and comfortable and clean.

Staff were very nice checking in and out. Water pressure was good. It was nice to have drinks at the bar in the evenings

I understand the reason but turning the key in everytime you leave is a bit annoying but not a huge deal.
