Very easy to get to only 10 mins with no traffic from M1 - We was visiting Wembley one night and the direct bus stop is across the road only taking 30 mins even in rush hour. The tube for the next day was a 5-10 min walk to picadilly line directly into central in London in 20 mins. Parking was easy to access and only £14 per day. I asked for adjoining rooms which we got for our two family's at no extra cost.
We ordered room service and the bread with the soup was mouldy so kids stopped eating - this was quickly dealt with and we wasn't charged for the entire meal which was excellent. I was charged and extra £200 on the day of the booking which should have been minus the total amount instead was on top of and wasn't released until I checked out despite being told is would initially be immediately.

Great location, being a few minutes walk from Ealing Common Tube and shops (especially supermarket and coffee), and 5-10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway, which also has the Elizabeth Line if coming here from Heathrow. The room was not overly large but was clean and fresh and had everything that is needed, including a comfortable bed and good natural light. And it wasn't noisy. A great range of items available for breakfast and I liked being able to get the type of tea you want freshly made for you. The staff were friendly but professional, and most came across as genuinely friendly, not just saying the right phrases with a bored look in their eyes. I enjoyed my stay more than expected and would definitely stay here again.

The very pleasant ,friendly and helpful staff, always available to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our bed linen was changed on request late in the evening, we had forgotten to remove the notice on the door.Despite it being out fault ,all the linen was changed at 22h00. I was very impressed by this excellent service. Delicious warm cookies were offered to us each time we passed by the reception. What a treat !! Maybe because it was during Christmas holidays, but I thought it was a very nice touch .
Room a little cold in winter, but I was promptly given a heater for my room when I mentioned this. So the problem was solved. I really shouldn't complain. Just bring a warm dressing gown for waking up.

The location and the staff was okay the breakfast was pretty good i just hope they would change the menu once in while cause for 4 days eating the same thing feels a bit boring
what I didn’t like about the hotel was the incident that happen about my luggage I know and I’m sure that someone tries to open it cause it has marks on the lock and the zipper was damage. Im sure that it did happen in the hotel cause i am locking my luggage everytime me and my partner would go out. It is a security issue it should be taken seriously

We had a delay with our trains meaning we weren't able to get to the hotel until midnight, staff were really accommodating, did most of the check in over the phone so we were all set to just sign a few bits when we got there. Staff were really lovely from the few interactions we had. Really comfy beds and the room was a really nice temperature considering how hot the weekend was. Great distance from Gunnersby Park for the concert we attended.
We had to put down a card for £150 when we got there despite having paid for the room in full already, wasn't quite sure why and wasn't ideal as the hotel was already fairly expensive. Not a huge deal though as far as we're concerned. The sink in the room took ages for the water to go down but not a huge deal- we were out and about most of our stay so not something we were really worried about- nothing that would put us off staying again.

Easy to find, good size rooms and a Large car park. Staff all very welcoming and polite except one who we found quite rude (shame she let others down) Loved the welcome cookie and pleased this happens at all double trees.
No mention on booking.com or warning from hotel prior stay, that they’ll take a £50 card payment as a holding deposit on top of bill for room. Car park or any extras comes out but takes up to 5 days for refund if not used after stay! Think this should be made more clear on booking.com and by hotel

The bar was a nice area to sit in, coffees were very nice and a reasonable price, free cookie on arrival was very welcomed after trekking across the tubes . Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
The room was cold despite the air-conditioning heating on it didn't heat up and the duvet was like a summer duvet in middle winter was about 1cm thick, asked for further duvet and had a nice thick one brought. Rooms with a bath instead of a shower were only on upgraded superior king rooms which wasn't good.

The room was clean and plush. The reception staff were really friendly. The warm cookie on arrival is a nice touch. The towels are fluffy and the complimentary soaps smelled nice. We stored our bags there on checkout so we could venture out and about. It's really close to the tube also.
The room was fairly tight around the bed. Could have done with some more milk for the coffee. The bar closed a bit early for a hotel (normal pub times). The cord on the hairdryer was short and the plug for the mirror was on the floor so I had to dry my hair kneeling down.

All the staff are great. Customer service is excellent. Everywhere is very clean. The location was perfect for us. It is a 10 minute walk to Ealing Broadway Tube and the Elizabeth line. Heathrow is about 30 minutes on that line. Ealing Common Tube station is a little nearer. The bed was large and very comfortable. We were provided with tea and coffee making facilities and you can get fresh milk from the bar and cookies from reception.
The shower water temperature is a bit hit and miss but was never too hot. The temperature in the room cannot be self regulated so the evenings were a bit too cool and the noise of the machine was constant and was noisy all through the night. I was not able to turn it off or regulate it in anyway. In fairness - I did not bring this to the attention of reception as I assumed the only remedy would be to move us and the hotel was full. The room was smaller than I expected. We were offered an upgrade several times via email before we went so maybe the hotel is aware of this as being a previous issue.

We stay here every time we go to Wembley. Such a welcoming hotel. Clean and friendly staff across the board!! Parking at the back charges apply, breakfast was delicious and lots to choose from, the tubes close.
It’s an old hotel, maybe tired now especially on approach, room was small & poky but very clean. On saying that, we stayed onenight and subject to price we would book and shay here again.
