All. From easy flexible Check in to check out. First time we saw a condominium that was free from cockroaches, super clean and huge room, well maintained, comfty beds and towels, and near to cash and carry. the security guard is very helpful and very friendly, we felt secured as well. the owner is always around to help with our needs. parking area is also available. Thank you so much Mr. Bryan for accomodating us on our most special days. Kudos to all staff also!

The in-house staff were very attentive & helpful. A highly recommended Host & property. Whenever there was a need or breakdown, it was attended to immediately. Sheets, bedding, towels were very clean & the amenities were 5* hotel standard. Even tho the location & bldg did not look favourable, it was safe & a friendly neighborhood with many eateries & convenience shops.

When the check-in is late, there shld be staff on standby to explain the facilities eg hotwater system, the TV & extra water for drinking. Also, a simple map of the area wld help. Electrical checks & lift servicing shld be done at odd hours or when there are no guests. Most inconvenient to arrive at midnight to find the hot water system is not working or when u return from shopping, the lift is bring serviced & you need to walk all the way up to your rooms loaded with shopping.

Stuff & room size. They are very kind and nice. Even offered to put on my room mini refrigerator. Helpful with everything we asked, like cutlery, water, laundry. Even we asked our deposit back for a day in the middle of our stay and they accepted. Thanks.

Overall only thing is not that good is the location of the place. Be prepared to call a taxi every time you want to go somewhere. But cab is cheap in the Philippines so that was not that big issue.

Very beautiful and well kept apartment. The owner and staff are very kind. It’s very clean and the caretaker is very kind as well (and she is an amazing singer!) Wish there was provision for coffee in the apartment. Rest all great!

Units are neat and tidy and very safe. Perfect mix of local culture and new amenities not too busy or overcrowded would definitely book again..

No fridge in room but 7-11 is 10meters away

The unit is very clean and has a quiet neighborhood. Its location is also very nice, it is near convenience stores and main roads. The staff is also very accomodating.. Kudos also to the owner, Sir Bryan, for being very nice and understanding to us. Great place to stay! 😊

The hotel shouldn't use a bath towel with a quilt.
