Hotel was changed due to none complete renovations. However, moved to a different hotel in a different village and was upgraded free of charge for the inconvenience. We were moved to Gouves Bay hotel by Omilos. Staff were excellent, the buffet meals were very good with plenty of variety for everyone. The location was very good and easy to get to. Easy short walks to restaurants, water parks, and other entertainment. Entertainment at the hotel - and turned off by 23:00, hours as not to disturb people's sleep. I overheard some people moaning about the place (food and location). I would say that the food was excellent and variety for the health conscious to the big foodie. The location was easily accessible by public transport bus from airport, 30 mins and cost 2,40 euros. a ten minute walk down one road to the beach front, where the hotel was situated and well sign posted. I even found it at night. There was a gym, spar etc. and all you can drink 11:00-23:00 for those that wish to drink and get brown and lounge all day. Room was good. If there was a problem, the staff will attend no problem. On arrival was given a meal as it was late, a lunch box made for my day trip (though I didn't eat as it was just sweet stuff) and this was very thoughtful. Trips can be arranged at the hotel, though I had already arranged my trips before leaving home. Cleanliness and staff second to none. I liked the area and the hotel and the views of the sea were fantastic. The day I was leaving, my flight was late in the evening. I was allowed to leave my bags at the hotel and after my trip was invited to have a shower in the gym facilities to freshen up for my flight at no charge. I think that this was very thoughtful and kind of the staff and it is personal touches like this that makes one want to come back.

Some of the clients moaning loudly. You can't buy a burger and chips and then expect a gourmet steak. The gym had a bit of a smell first day, but then got better. I think it was a drain smell. Room door a bit tricky, but was given a key and remote control not working for the t.v. Just little things to keep on top of makes all the difference.

We stayed in the two room apartment with a kitchen. So, we could prepare some food to ourselves and not necessarily eat all the time in town. There is a very nice swimming pool in the hotel area. Breakfast was not something exceptional, but all of us found what to eat: few hot dishes, fruits, yogurt, etc. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Furthermore, they showed their flexibility too. We stayed there for 3 days at the very beginning of our vacation and we looked for one night stay at the end of vacation. So, we were allowed to stay once again in the same hotel, even though minimum stay is 2 nights according their internal rules. We really appreciate it. The hotel is situated in 3-10 minutes walk distance from everything: beach, bars, shops, restaurants etc. I would rate hotel 8.5 from 10, but while it is only 8 or 9 according booking.com, let's write a higher number :)

Hotel could place longer shower curtains as everything gets wet in bathroom area (floors, toilet...) when taking a shower. On the other, there are common showers, where there is no such problem. Furthermore, air conditioner is placed in not very suitable place - blows directly to the bed, so, we had to turn off during night time. And it's one conditioner for two rooms, so, another room was not cooled enough.

The view from the rooms is great, the breakfast selection is nice - even if a bit repetitive, the pool area is clean and well maintained. The room was cleaned daily and anything I asked for was done. The late checkout at 12 is comfortable and I was offered to leave my luggage for a late flight. Very kind! The room looked much better than expected, I believe I got great value for money.

The smell of food traveled up the stairway, but only on one day. The cleaning staff was sometimes really loud fairly early in the morning, even opening my door once at around 8 am. Otherwise this is a great hotel for the price.

I strongly believe that a business is not defined by its property, but by its people — and this hotel is the perfect example. Once we arrived we got offered an upgrade to a newly renovated room with a terrace instead of an apartment we booked. We could visit those two spaces to compare and decide ourselves which one to take. We ended up choosing a 3-bed room with a bathroom and a terrace with a hot tub. The room was spacious, there were multiple electrical outlets, AC and comfortable beds. Outside, there were a couple of sun chairs in the terrace and a clean hot tub. Overall the room and the terrace were very private, neat and well-kept. The staff was very helpful and accomodating.

We had to ask the staff to clean our room, because one day they missed it, but I guess it could've been a human mistake, apart from that all was great.

Good location, across the street was the beach, close to restaurants, a lounge bar and supermarket. From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed with a warm smile, positive and approachable attitude by the reception. I like the fact that I felt like home , the apartment was clean, cozy, everything spotless. AC was present and all the time when I had a request or a question the staff was very helpful and a BIG PLUS is that you can swim in the pool during night! Breakfast was very nice and tasty and it was till late (11.30) , and the fresh orange juice was a plus. I like the hospitality of the staff and the way how they make you feel comfortable and welcoming! Definitely I will return and suggest to stay there!

Nice and helpful staff, pool was ok, beach is on the other side of the road. Supermarket and restaurants are very near. Breakfast is fine and enough. Good choice for that price.

Most of the guests stay for shorter time, hotel was full. Breakfast is always the same, can be a bit boring after several days, even if it’s fine.

Very very clean, Friendly staff, fridge and TV in rooms, Beach and intercity bus stop - 2-3 min walk. Some good restaurants nearby. There are enough place to park a car near the hotel.

We were worried when we saw Dimitra hotel had been taken over from the wonderful little hotel it was. However, we were very pleased to see the new owners following the trend, it was as good as ever, fab week, great breakfast, wonderful staff, ideal location, another very enjoyable holiday, thank you 🙏

A small family run business with a lovely family feel. The staff are warm and welcoming especially Efthimis and Katerin, the owners also made their presence felt, being around on a regular basis chatting and making everyone feel comfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well maintained. The view from our room was overlooking the pool, sea view and one of the mountains which was delightful to wake up to each morning There is a good breakfast on offer each morning served up by Katerin smiling and chatting whilst helping with any of your needs. The location is directly across from a small beach and a bus stop at the bottom of the driveway. There is a Chinese restaurant at the bottom of the road which is excellent and is an absolute must try during your stay.
