The location was almost in the center of the city, the apartment was equipped with everything you need: a refrigerator, a washing machine, a baking oven with all functions + spices, tea, capsules for a coffee machine.

I did not like the sofa bed, it was very hard to sleep on, since there were 4 of us, 2 of us had to sleep on that sofa. There were no sofas. The pillows were also uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep on them. My neck always hurt after waking up, otherwise I have nothing to complain about. When I evaluate it, we would stay again because overall it was worth it.

Not the first time I am staying with the ApartHotel Kolejowa. The level of communication is always top-notch. The apartments are clean and comfortable. They have everything one might need, from a washing machine to a dishwasher. The area is great, especially if you are traveling for business and have an office nearby.

The apartment I got this time was not ideal. Too much open space, only 3 small cabinets for storage. Good for a couple of days, not enough for a week.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted...we did not want just a plain hotel room. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the Metro Station so it was quite easy to move around the city, Supermarket was just opposite...not a big one, but had all the necessary things. There was also a playground 2 minutes away, which was perfect for our daughter. The building was very quiet and clean.

The only problem was that the apartment, had no shutters or black out curtains. This was difficult for us because the first night we woke up at 04.30 in the morning and the sun was already up! That was pretty shocking!!! We have travelled to Warsaw before but we stayed in a hotel that had black out curtains and this was not an issue. To be fair though there are no shutters in the buildings in general...I guess people use other ways to keep the light out. I slept with a baseball cap on and sunglasses...LOL.

The apartment was great. It had all the facilities, people could stay there even for a longer time. It had a kitchen, fridge and freezer, washing machine, everything you would need. Clean apartment, very nice. Good neighborhood, I felt safe even walking home later at night. Close to subway and bus station (maximum 10 min walk). About 3 stations from old town…so in 20 minutes you could be in the old town. The host was really nice, provided a map, and some locations near hotel where to eat and you even have a discount on some of them. The shower was amazing…great water pressure and hot water (usually in hotels the water pressure is bad). The building very nice, elevator working. 10/10

Nothing, great apartament.

The apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals. The rooms and bathroom are very spacious, besides that there is a nice balcony. I especially liked that there was access to HBO on the TV making it possible to watch local programs.

To make the experience even better it would be nice if the shower head can be hung up instead of having to hold it. The fact that there was a bath made up for it.

Slightly confusing to locate check-in but the directions were accurate. The room is well furnished for 1 or 2 guests in my apartment. Everything you need is supplied. The location is very good. Convenience stores are at every corner. Restaurants also are many with wide variations of cuisine, burgers, Korean, Vietnamese, Ukrainian, or sushi. Many cafes also, but not open for the early riser. The room comes with coffee of some style for the first morning though. A short walk to the main road to use public transportation or shopping. There was a good market 400m at the circle with fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, etc. I did not do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped and also had a few spices other than s and p.

The entrance did not always open when the code was entered. May have been me. But not knowing Polish, the messages meant nothing. Eventually, it would open

Probably the best accommodation I had from booking.com. The apartment was new, modern, exceptionally cleaned and equipped with new kitchen appliances and configurable heater wall panels. The beds were super comfy. The view from the bedroom was amazing as it was facing the snow-covered indoor garden of the court. The flat was equipped with all the essentials. There was even a box with washing powder for the washing machine. The location was amazing also as there were cafes, restaurants and a mini-market near the court. Also, with a short 10 minute walk you could find the main transportation hub where you can get a train/team/bus.

The apartment was super clean. Really comfortable beds and it was warm. The area felt very safe- travelling with children. The facilities inside were really good, had everything you could need. There wasn’t really much around within walking distance, but we just got Ubers which were super cheap and easy. Quiet neighbours and we didn’t experience any noise at all. The apartment is quite small but suited us for our short stay. Joana was very helpful and friendly.

Language barrier when trying to get through to the office on arrival was a bit tricky, but we got there in the end 🙂

The bed was really comfortable and the location was great - centrally located and walkable distance to the city centre. The breakfast options were very tasty and overall good value for money.

I had a problem with electrical sockets and had to ask for the hairdryer to be replaced which it was.

Fantastic apartment. Spacious and very comfortable. Great facilities. Underground parking paid. Air conditioning. Balcony with two chairs. Wi-Fi. Very quiet area. Close to two supermarkets. 10 minute to the old town tramway.
