- The room was large as was the bathroom. One thing I particularly liked was the AC unit which allowed me to adjust it so that I could be warm during the cold night - Location was fairly close to Warsaw Central train station - The staff were pleasant - Check-out process was super quick and easy - The shower head had different settings allowing one to adjust the pressure which is convenient

- The location wasn't particularly close to other locations/landmarks (e.g., the Old Town Square) so will involve the use of other modes of transport to get around - In my opinion, not enough restaurants near the hotel so you may have to travel a further bit

We liked the exceptional service we received. Check-in was quick and unbureaucratic: that's all we needed after a long and tiring journey. The accommodation was clean and the location was great, close to Warsaw's central station. It's off the beaten track with bars and restaurants, so it's very quiet at night, which is a big plus for those who want peace and quiet. We didn't use the hotel restaurant, but apparently it was very good and we'll certainly use it next time.

There were no points that detracted from the hotel. Perhaps the location is a little inconvenient for those who are looking for bars and restaurants, but there's nothing a taxi or a pleasant walk can't solve. Warsaw is a very safe capital city: enjoy it!

location,service and overall cleanliness was good.Room had a nice view and eas quiet, although facin the street. The tea and coffee set was good and working well.The crew was good and well informed about the city.

I had an issue which is still unresolved. I tried to book my stay through Louvre Hotel Group,but could not do it, my credit card was rejected. So I booked through Price Line , and was successful, but then discovered that I was charged twice. Somehow I paid through Price linea and LOUVRE CHARGED ME TOO!!!! I am still disputing that, but your computer system is nor working well.

Modern hotel with cozy and quite spacious rooms. The bed was good despite the pillows which were not much comfrotable. The position is good and you can reach the city center with public transport easily. The breakfast had many options for salad variety but poor for sweet foods.

The breakfast was poor of sweet food options (only waffles and croissant). The restaurant has not big menu.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face and were even willing to hold all of our luggage for us the day of check out so we could explore the city one more time without having to carry it around. Hotel is very clean and it was also an amazing location, close to lots of things to do and the tram line right outside the door. would definitely stay again when coming to warsaw :)

would be great to have some more plant based/vegan options at the buffet in the morning as I paid approx £20 gbp basically just for some bread rolls and fruit, this is partially my fault as I could have asked before i paid however most places I have been too offer a nice range of options at breakfast so i didn’t think i would need too. other than this there was not a bad thing about the hotel and would 100% recommend!

+ excellent breakfast for 3*, varied food + convenient location near all transport (train, bus, tram), 7 min by bus till bus station and 10 min walking till Central station + large comfy bed +clean +cups and tea in the room

- one of pillow was old and uncomfortable - only 1 towel per person - poor light in the bathroom, not good for makeup

The hotel is very clean, convenient location. I liked the food in the restaurant, the hotel lobby is spacious and inviting to spend time there.

There is a kettle in the room for making quick coffee. The kettle leaked and spilled onto the documents lying on the table. For 4 days of stay, only two small bags of coffee that were originally there. And two small packets of sugar. I went and bought it at the store, because half a pack of sugar a day is somehow indecent. The staff who cleans the room did not offer. Also after 4 days they did not offer to replace the towels. Next time I'll come with my own towel and kettle)

About accomodation, everything ok, no complaints. About Warsaw, distances were surprisingly large, one must be prepared before the journey with appropriate and clear transport information. Renting an e-bike would be the best: just walking and scrambling buses, metro, etc is very exhausting and time-consuming ( also, temperatures were very high )

Remark to hotel's Management: some of the personnel at reception desk ( very young indeed ) should be better prepared to properly answer to typical tourists questions, i.e. regarding tram or buses to downtown, to bus station, or to airport. (at least, suggest which app one should better use).

Great location near the center and the train station. 24-hour reception with no extra charges for late check-in. The room is exactly as described. Great breakfast.

After confirming and paying for a booking without breakfast, there is no separate option to add breakfast and pay with a card. This is a convenient option, similar to low-cost airlines, when you can add an option and pay additionally with a card.

I chose this hotel because of its location between Warszawa Zachodnia and the city center. So you could easily get there from the bus station (and nice Żabka on the way to get some food). I really liked the hotel's interior, a view from the room, and enjoyed the breakfast: diverse choice, tasty coffee. The bed was comfortable.

Had troubles to work out how to configure the shower and the conditioner as needed (eventually succeeded with the first but failed with the latter).
