Very friendly professional and ready to help staff. Excellent cleaning. A few meters above a nice beach. Maximum 10 minutes walking until many restaurants. Free parking in the street or 10 leva per day a reserved one in the street but in shadow ( reservation needed). 10 options of breakfast from a menu. We had a spacious room with a terrace and sea view.

The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom, with the shower flooding all over the bathroom. The bathroom can be seen in the pictures.

The hotel is very cute and has true family vibes. The staff is nice and helpful. The location is very near to the beach but also in a walking distance from the Sozopol old town and center. Breakfast has limited options but all of them are delicious and everyone found what they liked. The cafe at the hotel also serves lunch and dinner with various delicious options.

Everything was perfect. The staff was really nice and helpfull. Location was top. I didn't expext the property to be this close to the beach. Room was clean, we had TV and airconditioning. The view from was great, we were looking at the sea. Breakfast was delicious and there was a variety, so I tried something new everyday. The lunch menu was affodrable and really good. My boyfriend was in Bulgaria and saw the sea for the first time and he was excited.

It was over our expectations. We had a triple room, with gorgeous sea view, very clean, we could hear the waves of the sea in the night time. The beach îs just perfect, alking distance from the hotel, With nice send, smooth seasore, perfect for children. The breakfast was made by the hosts and was nice. The restaurants area is 10minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel has a nice and clean pool . Great value for the money.

The hotel is right above the beach, clean and large room. Breakfast was very good and everybody was friendly and helpful. The bar on the beach, plays music way too loud during the day, but if you are going for the party - you will not be dissapointed.

The room was big and confortable and had a very nice view. The breakfast was ok and the location is also very nice. The staff was nice too, especially the lady at the front desk. It was also by the beach and close to the restaurants and shops.

The bathroom has no shower cabin and the floor is allways wet.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They were helpful in every situation. The location is great. From the premises, you can go down the stairs directly to the stunning beach. The area is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Breakfasts are chosen from the menu, always fresh.

Nice place, possible to use hotel pool and bistro.

Cleaning personal dropped to litter our plastic bag with used wear :( ... no compensation offered. Hotel pool should be more intensively filtered.

This is an amazing family hotel situated at the beachfront. The room was very well equipped and had a lovely sea view. The facilities were well maintained and clean also some were new. it has a lovely lush garden. The breakfast offered was nice and the owners were very nice and helpful. We loved our stay and would love to return.

Such a great host and lovely family-run hotel! We are definitely going back another summer! rooms were cleaned daily and we had lovely breakfasts. We were lucky as our room got upgraded and we had a great view over the sea. We had multiple requests, such as early check in; iron and iron board; extra towels for the beach; late night call etc and the host was always super helpful with a big smile :) extra recommended!
