Breakfast, staff was friendly, price was good, kitchen in room. Close to many restaurants and stores.

Top board of headboard was gross. Sticky probably from other guests putting their heads against it. AC sounded like like an old airplane to where you would spin the propeller to start it. Shower pressure was very low. Laundry room and dryer vent hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. After 9am for breakfast half the items were no longer available or empty. Although a staff member kindly brought me some Belgium waffles when it was empty. One cleaning lady although very nice clearly had alcohol on her breath.

Everybody was extremely friendly. I thought the breakfast was very good. I appreciated the layout of the room. The bed was comfortable. I was very pleased during my stay. I arrived very late at night and the sign for the lobby was a little hard to find, but that was no big deal. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I really have very few suggestions. Probably pay your staff more because they are a credit to the chain!

The staff was friendly. The room was okay, but the loveseat was very low to the ground and to small for a 2 bedroom hotel room.

The room needed several repairs. The toilet wobbled. The bedroom door would not stay open.

Adjacent to the room was some kind of an hydraulic pump that was very noisy

The room was affordable & clean. Breakfast was good & it was located in the safer part of town.

The breakfast did not look totally cooked so we didn’t eat it.

Ny daughter loved it,It was a special day for her.

The only thing that I did not like was the deposit of $250 even though I was using a credit card.

They lady that checked us in was very professional and nice she answered all my questions and make us feel welcome.

The breakfast was complete and tasty. The staff was exceptional and professional.
