We booked two deluxe apartments with private pool half years ago, when we arrived, they told us that their system had issues, they only have one deluxe apartment with private pool for us, another deluxe apartment room with ocean view. But they compensated free nice dinner, free pool towels, free massage and free sun bed on the beach. Although a bit disappointing of the room changed, but we are happy of the arrangement. The Ouzaki dinner was so good, they offered many different kinds of Crete traditions food, recommended to try it! We had all inclusive, lunch and dinner were actually pretty good, they do change the menu everyday, have many different kind of salad. Everyone in our group enjoyed the trip.

Only wish have more evening entertainment, Friday and Saturday didn’t have any while we were staying.

The location is amazing, immediately on top of the beach. The staff was really friendly and also understanding and helped with any issues. Breakfast was great. Common grounds were all really good (pool, breakfast/lunch/dinner hall, pool bar, etc)

The room was a bit dated. Also a lot of light came in through the front door because of the emergency light outside. The water exit in the bathroom was broken and emptying of the bath was therefore really slow. However really great from the staff who immediately acted on both issues as soon as we notified them.

Excellent food and staff are proud and try to help as best they can. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The newer part of the hotel has genuine 4* rooms.

Sunbed policing required as often 80% of sunbeds unoccupied by people nowhere near and there aren't quite enough when the hotel is at full capacity. Evening entertainment below par. Swimming pool design a bit boring.

The property has 2 pools with a good range of depth (from 60cm to over 2m) and even though the schedule of the pool was from 10:00 to 18:00 you could enter the pool outside this hours. We also liked that there was a children playground, which was extensively used by our kid in the morning and evening. Its location is near the restaurant which allowed us to oversee the kid while finishing the meal. The sunbeds on the grass are free of charge and beach is very close. The hotel has a big parking, we didn’t need it but it is useful to know that you have parking available. The restaurant has multiple dishes to choose from. In some days we opted for all meals, but in others we wanted to try the restaurants in the area, which are good also. We had the breakfast included and there is a good variety of food, we liked the “cretan corner”.

The first thing that I noticed was the wardrobe which is only one and has only hangers, i had to manage the clothes of 4 people for 10 days using only one shelf. The second thing that I disliked was that even if the sheets were changed regularly , every time there was a stain or two on the new sheet. Also the mattress had multiple stains and it was covered with a topper. By the end of our stay we didn’t get daily cleaning service. Another thing that bothered us was the ants which were the “queens” of the resort, you cand find them everywhere. I have no problem with some insects but when they enter in the kitchen and run over all the glassware it is not pleasant.

Excellent breakfast with great variety of delicious goods including fresh vegetables and local products ! Very clean ! Very friendly staff always there to help !very beautiful pools and gardens to walk by and relax ! Very nice overall!

The inside of the rooms is a bit more traditional than the outside…We had booked a double bed, though we had a double bed with two separate mattresses which was a bit inconvenient. Plus the room was quite big but with only one ac which was unable to cool the whole place.. everything else was fine!

Great position: on the beach, next to bus stop, Lidl, restaurants Facilities: a variety of activities within the resort like pools, playground and in the nearby.

The food: we had only breakfast, the same everyday. Good coffee allthough, available at breakfast. No coffee in the room, just the machine. No minibar, the prices at the bar are quite high. The towels need to be replaced, they are verry used and so it is the landry. The furniture needs refurbishment.

Pools amazing, variety of food everyday, exceptional pizza 🍕😋, safe , amazing views, very central and close to all amenities, amazing friendly staff, view from room overlooking the beach fantastic, comfortable bed , welcoming staff and very helpful, variety of cocktails for all inclusive

The bathroom was slightly small , the room with breath taking views but slightly old fashioned but it was equipped with all amenities so nothing to complain , no lift but the hotel has only 2 floors

We loved absolutely everything. Family room has lots of space, resort is beatiful, pools are big, lots of sunbeds, lovely beach, food is superb! Lots of choiches and great variety for vegetarians. Crew is really attending and friendly. Felt quite private and not crowded. Lidl is next door if you need something. Loved our stay and regret that we didn't prolong it.

If I have to say something then maybe room was bit outdated. But we weren't bothered by that. Village itself isn't very lively but Chania is close, just a 20min drive.

The hotel is practically placed on the sea -shore and very close to restaurants , supermarkets and the bus-station .It has 2 parkig -areas which for us were excellent because we rented a car. It has a huge ,beautiful and peaceful garden .The staff is friendly and helpful ,always smiling. A great variety of tasteful food at breakfast including traditional dishes .We had only 1 dinner there and it was good. Good restaurant service in a peaceful area near one of the pools and the beautiful garden . Although the place is 35 years -old, it looks new and very clean and is very quiet.

After 1 day we learned that we have to place daily on the exterior of the door the sign with " Make my room " in order to get the room cleaned and to receive toiletries ( being a large hotel ,they forgot to leave toiletries a few times but we received them immediately after asking at the reception-desk even late in the evening). Also, we found the bath-tube small and a little uncomfortable to use but we managed. They should also place a drier-stand on the balcony-it would be very useful.

Staff was nice and friendly especially reception staff, and they have upgraded our room for two nights to deluxe suite due to not being able to come on the day of booking so really nice gesture! Breakfast was really good, you were able to choose from lots of different meal options and every day was slightly different. Beach from the hotel was okay sandy/city beach. Proximity to nice beaches with car is really good as Falasarna is only 40 minutes away by car, Balos is also close if you want to find tours with ship etc.
