Very comfortable room overlooking garden, well fitted out kitchen, good shower pressure

During busy periods, the optional breakfast selection was not replenished in a timely manner; the coffee machine pods in the room were not replaced.

This was a perfect base to explore the region. Our studio with terrace was very comfortable and had plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 child. A small but functional kitchenette with plenty of crockery and cutlery, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a communal washing machine which can be used for free and a cleaning product room on each floor which you can use (iron etc) Lovely secure car park and we kept our bicycles on our terrace for extra security. There is a small but lovely pool area with free towels. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Beaulieu is a small and charming town, very quiet compared to other nearby towns. There is a wonderful bakery at the top of the road and the train station and supermarket next to it, just 5 mins walk from the residence. A wonderful week and we would recommend to anyone looking for a base to explore the area.

We liked everything about this hotel. A spacious room with a small kitchen, where there are all the necessary electrical appliances: a kettle, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a toaster, an electric stove... A nice pool in the courtyard and a recreation area on a small lawn with tables, chairs, a swing. The beach is about 7 minutes walk away. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The reception is open only during the day, but in the evening and at night the door opens with a code, so no stranger will enter the hotel. If we decide to return to this city, we will stay at this hotel with pleasure.

I liked everything. But I would advise sending future guests a small map with directions from the train station. If a person came to the city on their own, then finding a hotel is not easy.

It is well located, the pool and garden are really lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. Studio apartment has everything you need.

the room is big and very clean, the bathroom is separated from the toilet and there is a small and fully equipped kitchen. the location is amazing, the breakfast is good and the swimming pool seems nice, but we didn't use it.

as the reception works until 5pm, we arrived later and called the number that was provided next to the parking to ask if we can use it. the guy said the code and we entered the parking, but he didn't mention that it is paid and for two days we must pay 20 euros. if we knew it, we would not park inside - there is an option to park outside of the building for free. the last day during the check out when the receptionist wanted me to pay, I was surprised and he informed me that it is visible in booking. also, they sent me an email with instructions how to enter the building and the room after 5pm, but they didn't send any info about the parking and the price of the parking... im not satisfied with this.

Closeness to the train station, smooth check-in, spacious room and bathroom, everywhere was very clean, lovely selection at breakfast, friendly staff, very secure (liked the in-room safe), comfortable double bed, air-conditioning worked well, nice to have Nespresso pods included for the in-room coffee machine. We borrowed a beach mat from the reception, in fact there was a great selection of items to borrow. Great to have the use of additional towels for the swimming pool sun loungers. Couldn’t fault anything.

There is nothing that I didn’t like. I would say that the sofa bed mattress was quite firm which some people might not like, but I liked it, so no complaints from me.

The hotel was fantastic. Good location with parking spot. 2 minutes from train station (15m to Monaco), 5 minutes from the beach. Stuff is extra friendly, they speak several language. Swimming pool was open from 1st of May, till 5pm. Wifi available. Next to this a garden to chill. Rooms are good as well, Price is alao good, keep thi low and c u next time ;)

I was missing hair dryer, but i was perpared. And i am sure if i ask they provide, so it is not a minus point but comment to improve.

Perfect location we liked the town Beaulieu a lot, near to Nice and Monaco. Perfect getaway in December to enjoy the warmer weather there. Staff is a super friendly and helpful. Breakfast has no eggs options but nice cheese selections and baguette and coffe makes for it😊, everything super clean! We parked on streets no problem . On Sundays is free☺️. Def worth of the money! Definitely coming back! To try the pool.

Apartments aren't soundproof, the mountains wievs are on the sites of the balcony.

This property is in a great location for the village and the train station. Lots of lovely eateries abound. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything you needed. I wouldn’t suggest you can cook a three course meal in the kitchen, but it was more than serviceable for tea,, coffee and snacks etc. Comfortable bed!

The only downside for us was that the patio was below street level and surrounded by a fair amount of foliage. At the time of year we went we weren’t really able to use the lovely patio in the evenings as there are too many mosquitoes.

It's to the east of Nice, with a hill in between. Taking an uber from the railway station to the residence costs about 20+ euro. It's more like a service department with breakfast. The manager provides self-service laundry, which is quite helpful to us. It's near the centre of the town so you can conveniently find quite some restaurants.

For expensive city like Nice, not much to complain.
