My daughter and me adore the place. Having just left, we’ve already booked to go back in August. It’s worth staying at the hotel just to see all of the people there. Nobody is too busy to stop for a chat and nothing is too much trouble. My daughter loves catching up with all of her friends that work there, as do I! The relaxed atmosphere clearly rubs off on the guests as the whole atmosphere is very laid-back. The breakfasts are excellent and at no point do you feel rushed to leave. The restaurant is well worth a visit in the evening as the food is excellent. The hotel and the rooms themselves are spotlessly clean. The location is great as everything in Tenby town is within a few minutes walk. The North Beach is usually reasonably quiet and accessible within 2 minutes walk via a slightly steep path, or five minutes easy walk along a quiet road.

Beautiful oldy worldy . Extremely clean. Location perfect with plenty parking. The breakfast was fabulous portions huge and loads of choice . Staff friendly, room cleaned everyday and topped up drinks and bathroom lotions and potions . Bar great .pool was closed as out of season but looked great. The views out to sea were lovely . Bed huge and comfy.
The walk down steep hill to beach was a bit hair raising not suitable for kids of older people. If they had a rope or something to hold on to that would be great. But once down the beach was fabulous. You can go another way though so not the end of the world

The property was extremely clean and the gardens were beautifully looked after. The pool was very lovely. The room was maybe a touch small but well decorated and comfortable. Nice selection of teas etc and unlike some properties the room was cleaned daily if you wanted it to be. The reception staff were lovely. The staff at breakfast were very friendly and attentive. We will be returning and thank you for a great stay.
The barman needs to be more friendly and smile, was a put off going there.

We've stayed here once before and it was even better than I remembered. Great location overlooking the bay and north beach and all the colourful houses of Tenby. Very clean room with an unexpected sea view. Tea & coffee facilities. Ample parking. Outdoor pool and lovely gardens. Breakfast is table served and is delicious. Everything you could possibly want, hot or cold, delivered by very friendly and helpful staff. Loved our 4 night stay here. Definitely recommended.
All good

Position is good with lovely views over the huge North Beach to the town of Tenby, plus it’s only 10-15 minutes walk away from the town. Gardens beautifully kept. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant food at dinner excellent and there was a good range of choices on offer at breakfast.
Although the en suite bathroom was a fairly normal ‘hotel size’, considering the price we paid, our room was small. Tea/coffee tray very basic and no biscuits provided. Grilled tomatoes/mushrooms at breakfast would have been better than tinned/?boiled. A ‘flat white’ coffee ordered in the bar was nothing like a ‘flat white’ I’ve ever come across before.

View from our room. Easy access for guest with limited mobility. Peace and quiet. Superb breakfast. Outstanding service. Dinner choices and food quality excellent. Staff helpfulness and courtesy outstanding. Very relaxing environment. One guest was a Coeliac but the hotel kitchen catered for every gluten free need required, e.g. bread rolls, Yorkshire puddings, cereals and deserts some of which wrere made as specials for this guest. Thoughtful and kind. No tensions at all for guest m aking for a v eru relaxed and enjoyable stay.
Bed was worn out and needs replacing. Bathroom had no separate shower and was small and cramped. Very difficult for guest with limited mobility Dinner prices very high.

Breakfast was excellent, garden bar was really nicely decorated and comfortable to sit in. Fantastic views from all around the hotel. Just under a mile to the centre of Tenby so easily walkable although we did get a taxi back on the last night as were feeling a bit lazy and the last stretch up to the hotel is quite a tough walk but what do you expect when the hotel is located near a cliff..
There are obviously cheaper hotels so a longer stay in Tenby and we probably wouldn't have been able to stay here but having paid the extra the hotel delivered so it did feel like a special treat for us.

My partner was well looked after and felt he could ask for things to bring to me in the room as I was unwell. He thoroughly enjoyed his breakfast and was well impressed .
I’m sure I would have loved it but unfortunately got a terrible migraine on the afternoon of our arrival and didn’t get out of the room until we checked out. Such a shame as we had just got engaged and came down to celebrate. As I am the only driver we then had a friend travel by train and they drove us home. So really wasn’t the best experience for me as we were so looking forward to enjoying a celebration break and we were going to have a lovely meal at the hotel- never mind these things happen don’t they? So disappointing.

The interior and exterior seating areas. The charming and pleasant staff. ALL.
The cooked breakfast on first morning was not made to order,,arriving within a couple of minutes and we believe had been sitting there and most of it was tepid. We tried it again 2nd day and had to return it. Assured it would be made fresh, but it hadn't been and still tepid. The waiting staff did their best but the fault was with the kitchen. We decided not tohave breakfast on our last day and went somewhere. Else. No natural light in the bathroom and no working extractor fan

Loved the staff. Particularly the Polish couple in the restaurant and the Filipino gardener. Great location. Fabulous gardens. Breakfast was by and large good and plentiful, but some of the ingredients could have been better quality, particularly the sausages and jams. Public rooms were lovely. Views from the terrace onto the beach and harbour.
Our room was no. 310 and we were very close to the lift and it was very noisy going up and down. The quality of the furniture in the room was poor for the price we paid. No biscuits on the hospitality tray in the room which, again for the cost of the room we felt this was penny pinching.
